Пользовались авто в Сараево. Оператор быстро предложил несколько вариантов, пошлел на встречу и оформил оплату полностью рублями, чтобы для нас было очень важно. Машину привезли к указанному адресу, никаких скрытых платежей не было. При осмотре авто все прошло хорошо, приняли без проблем.

They tried to make me book a car in Vietnam in total illegality, which could have put myself and my family at huge risk in case of accident or police control.

I wanted to book a car in Vietnam with their service. Everything went well until they contacted me to warn me that an international driving permit from the 1968 convention of Vienna is required. mine is unfortunately the 1949 version delivered in Hong Kong.

Instead of cancelling immediately my booking, as I requested, they redirected me to another “car owner” in Vietnam willing to accept my permit.

However, after checking every article about the requirements in Vietnam, it appears that it is simply illegal to self drive with a 1949 IDP and the 1968 is MANDATORY.

As of now, I lost the booking fees despite I requested the cancellation, and they also tried to rent a car to me illegally, putting my family and I at huge risk.

Уже третий раз пользуюсь услугами данного сервиса по подбору аренды автомобиля в Тайланде. Удобно что на выбор предлагается несколько вариантов. Можно выбрать под свои желания и бюджет. Автомобили предоставлялись владельцами в отличном состоянии и во время. Проблем за время аренды не возникало. Однозначно рекомендую к использованию.

He is a scammer with amazing PR and Marketing, but he doesn’t pay the drivers and the services providers.
If you are a client you maybe lucky to get a driver/car making the first services and you will be ok, but if you get older ones that aren’t receiving you’ll find yourself without the money and without the service.
You can ask for refund and they will answer, but the money will not return to you.
If you are a service provider you are going to receive maybe 50%, is the carrot to keep you going, but the debt to you will rise until they brake you.
So, clients and services providers be aware, consider yourselves warned.

Взяли с меня предоплату за якобы забронированный авто. По приезду в прокатную контору сказали, что брони на моё имя не было никогда. На просьбу вернут предоплату сначала неделю динамили, а потом ответили отказом.

Сам сервис getrentacar.com очень удобен, хорошая и быстрая сервисная поддержка. При бронировании автомобиля через данный агрегатор я ошибся в датах, getrentacar сам связался с владельцем автомобиля и договорился с ними на другие, необходимы мне даты. Однако качество автомобиля, предложенное владельцем автомобиля было среднее. Есть возможность брать автомобиль без кредитной карты.
