They never advice a time , 4 days has been and every single day they promise that they will come on that day , I don’t know whether even they will come , although my items are without damage and doesn’t require much of space , no proper channel of communication
They are the best junk removal service. Owner himself book my junk pickup. Provide me same-day removal and arrived on time. Remove all the items and also pick the trash but charge me 200dh. Overall very professional and hardworking team.
One of the most unprofessional services with tall claims in their website
Inspite of booking two days in advance , getting confm and call numerous times on phone on the day of collection, the company rep kept on assuring that team ":was on the way" however after 4 hrs of wait , conveyed they could lift the junk 🤔
As I had urgency took services of another cos paid them and they were promptly available and did a good job in clearing all material.
Avoid "Take my junk lure of free service" if you want a quick and assured services.
They promised they will come but never showed up and their driver kept hanging the line up when he called. They do not treat their customers well
Unfortunately the other 1star reviews are 100% accurate. They will waste your time. They will not collect anything. Useless company.
It’s usless , don’t waster your time , they came wasted 1 hour and did not pick up sofa bed from Jvc.
No reasons given . They want only new furniture . Which can be sold back.
I don't recommend them. Unpolite and very irresponsible.
Fake service. I requested a collection and no one showed up.
