I cannot thank Meg highly enough for all her dedicated assistance, after hours call and her prompting me to finish my course. She was extremely supportive and always directed me in a professional manner. I highly recommend Getmycourse, all the information was well-structured, clear, and highly relevant. The instructor Meg was knowledgeable and supportive, and the materials provided were thorough and easy to follow.
What I appreciated most was how polite and helpful she was and very engaging. I feel confident and capable after completing my course. It exceeded my expectations and was a valuable investment of my time.

Exploring options for RPL providers and the facilitator who made contact firstly called at a time that was not what I had input into my contact form and was very inconvenient.
Secondly, they were extremely pushy, did not listen, and I found them to be quite rude.
While they may be a great provider, their initial contact and conduct left a very very poor impression and on that alone - I would not proceed.
Please do not make contact with this provider without having support, and either strong ability to push back and allow to make an informed decision, or advocacy. I feel that vulnerable persons may risk being forced into a payment plan or financial obligation they might not be wanting.

Excellent customer service
