They approved my claim quickly

The response time was great. They were polite helpful and covered exactly what the plain said it would. All in a timely fashion.

they got back to me relatively quickly and I got my funds within 2 weeks so I'd say that's pretty good and I would recommend using this service!

My Lg washer was making a loud noise. I contacted Mulberry and the next day they gave me name of the repair service company. To my service I had a repair company out a few days later. He said the repairs would have been too expensive so mulberry just authorized payment for a new washer the next day. No haggling or anything. I had the new washer on order the next day. Now I am just waiting for delivery. This was all done in less than a week.

I had an excellent experience with Mulberry. Ashlie was very helpful, I felt genuinely supported and I am very grateful.

Amazing experience

At first it was hard to post a claim because the website was not working but the rep was responsive and filed for me. After that it was a smooth process

I'll just paste the email I sent Mulberry after they handled our insurance claim perfectly: "I wanted to send one last email and state how utterly blown away we are that this process was relatively painless and that you honored the warranty so fully. My wife and I have too many experiences where we end up fighting for the services for which we had paid. I was getting all armored up (psychologically) to defend our purchase with Mulberry, and then I got your email basically saying "a check is on the way." It was a surprise and huge relief. My wife and I have already told well over a dozen people about our positive experience with Mulberry, including me describing the experience in a large staff meeting. I certainly hope that your excellent customer service can continue to meet this standard, and that word of mouth pays off for your business. We will certainly look for the Mulberry warranty when making future purchases."

I like the idea of the service and I’ve used it successfully once but the second time I needed it was not very timely and I ultimately decided not to go through with the claim just for the headache of it. I would like to be able to cover more types of items like my smartphone for example.

I never received any good communication about what was going on with my claim, and also how it would be resolved. I’m deeply unsatisfied especially since I payed MULTIPLE times for the Mullberry protection plan and then I didn’t receive anything until a year later.

Response was received within the 3-5 business day window, and the process was hassle free.

First time I ever out insurance on a product and I am so glad I did. We dealt with fire residue from LA fires and ruined a rug and they were so amazing taking care of me. 10/10.

Yeah these insurance are a joke! Not worth it....you have to navigate through Ai crap. Bring back actual good ol american customer service. I would not purchase again. They just take your money and run. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I purchased.

Mulberry provides what they promise! I get Mulberry protection on all of the glassware I order, because I am clumsy and it covers accidental breakages (which I desperately need). I have made a claim on several of my policies by Mulberry, and have received the appropriate amount of money back every time. This is NOT a scam. Mulberry works, and I would absolutely recommend.

Was reimbursed after wear and tear. Totally worth it

Completely irritated. I got a quick response after submitting my original request in my castlery sofa (which I had only just completed making a 6 month payment plan on so overall disappointed in castlery products and wouldn’t recommend). Another quick response after submitting additional information they needed so I was pleased.i was told I only have to wait another 2-5 business days for them to review my case fully. It’s been exactly 20 business days. I’ve followed up three times since and they’ve completely went no contact on me. How is that?? As if they suddenly aren’t receiving my emails. Absolutely horrific experience and a total waste of money on my already pricey purchase! Absolutely do not deal with mulberry!
