CANCELED 1.5 HOURS PAST APPOINTMENT TIME. Completely unprofessional. Technician (the brilliant Jeannette) supposedly got a flat tire when she was scheduled to arrive in the last 2 minutes of the 2 hour window. Instead of calling to explain, auto texts kept pushing out appointment time. When she did finally call she assured me she'd be there - 50 minutes late, but instead went MIA. No phone number. Moronic chat bot cancelled appointment another 30 minutes after that, Stay away!!!

So fast easy and my girl takisha i believe always has a beautiful smile so polite such great service thank you all ❤️

First, I enjoyed the fact that I was reminded of the appt in advance and for informing me of how many stops there were before me (gave me time to come downstairs to open the door). Furthermore, Miyon was very professional introducing herself then asking for ID verification (name, b'day), which I appreciated. It took less than 5 minutes to retrieve blood work and labeling my sample, again I appreciated! NO discomfort at all!
Lastly, YES (if you didn't already know) I would most definitely recommend Getlabs to family and friends if given a choice between Getlabs and another company, it would be a resounding YES, GETLABS! Thank you so much for Miyon! Carry on! 👍🏽✌🏽

Ps- Also Ingrid was here for urine collection (I don't remember when) and she was wonderful as well! I would like either of those two women whenever you need labs from me bc I experienced them and I felt safe! I looked into their eyes of no judgment of my dwelling and sewer smell! 👏🏾✌🏽🫶🏾

I have to deal with a lot of medical all while continuing to work my business for which I am self employed with insane demands on my time. This reduced one less medical appointment and was done by a fabulous Nurse who should be highly commended. She was a sweetheart and made the process caring, efficient and always nice when someone leads with kindness. Will be telling everyone about this amazing service.

Very pleasant experience, easy to schedule

My experience was great. The specialist was professional, experienced and highly skilled. She was incredibly helpful and kind.

My lab lady, Tanzania, is so kind, very highly professional, and doesn't hurt. She is on time; this is my third time having had her in my home. I am most pleased with Get Labs and with Tanzania.

Ease of making appointments. The respect of being kept notified of the appointment all the way until the tech arrived. The comfort of having it done in home. The tech was great!

I've used Getlabs 5 times, and I've had 5 good experiences. Beats the heck out of hauling myself over to Quest and enduring that particular nightmare.

The get labs rep was excellent. She was prompt and communicated well. She was professional and kind, and kept me at my ease. I really appreciate the convenience and the very kind way this was handled. Definitely recommend and I'll be handling future appointments with get labs.

Samantha was friendly and by the book. Lots of tricks “up her sleeve” to make the blood draw as easy and quick as possible.

Sandra is amazing, she is personable, organized, efficient, and has excellent skills. I'm very difficult to get blood from. She got it the first time and that is really almost unheard of. This was an experience I will highly recommend. Well worth the money to have peace of mind and decreased anxiety. Thank you, Getlabs and Sandra for making sure I got these important tests done in a timely and anxiety free way!

Nurse that drew blood was definitely really good at what she does. It was painless.

Very convenient service! Much easier than driving to a lab and waiting. Professional, friendly and efficient staff. They also keep you informed every step of the way. Highly recommend!

5/13/2026 the technician was very kind. Service was good. They came within the time they said. I love that they come to my home since I'm homebound.
