Be consistent

I notice when I’m consistent this program works better for me. I like it reminds you when it’s time to listen to the program. Most of the voices they use in this program are soothing. Sometimes there is a voice that doesn’t work for me, but I still listen to the programs to improve my life.

Theives, with no one to talk to, and the 30 day money back guarantee is a scam, stay away.
Update, here and by email whatever i message them as can seen here the responses are automated by bots without ever addressing the issue itself why they dont respect section 7.4 of their agreement where they guarantee full refund within 30 days with the condition that I have to try first 6 sessions which I did. There’s no point to respond to them as the bot keeps on coming back with more lesss the same automated response without any reasoning, I have forwarded the dispute to the cc company as there's no one to talk to at this frivolous scamming company.

Warning - Dishonest and Misleading Company - Avoid!

Warning - Happyo advertises services in some cases that they don't have. They will not give you a refund if you access any of their services OR they won't give you a refund if you haven't haven't accessed at least 6 sessions. ?? What?? Which one is it? It's a contracdictory contract which only serves them and the customer will never win. Scroll down for a link to information l have compiled on HappyO and steps you can take. Don't give up. If you are in the UK report them to Trading Standards which will hopefully force them to conduct themselves within the law or close them down and criminally prosecute the Directors. If you paid by Mastercard (debit or credit) you may be able to get a refund through them and they will take up your dispute for you. Don't give up, don't get too frustrated or worked up. There is help out there for you against scam companies! Much love.

For HappyO - my name is Alexandra Myers. My order number is: #HYP-20251009-778

I subscribed to access HappyO's content after seeing alot of adverts on YouTube on how Hypnosis can help you with decluttering. I checked the website first which looked professional and saw they offered a 30 day money back guarantee. I noted the TrustPilot score on the website was good as well.

I subscribed... There was no decluttering hypnosis. I tried to cancel straightaway and found the refund information. It said you had to have tried at least 6 sessions before a refund will be given so that is what l did. The hypnosis was spoken with a flat tone of voice - l started to laugh. I couldn't go deep because l kept chuckling at why this person would be speaking with this forced flat tone. It wasn't natural - it was a little like Joe Dispenza's hypnosis voice if you know that - l really like Joe Dispenza but l have the same reaction to that tone of voice.

I applied for a refund and then this frustrating communication with HappyO's AI Bot began. Which always looped and ended at "Computer says NO". The defence used by their AI is that the terms of service say that you won't be given a refund if you have accessed any of the services. This is true. They do have a term that says that. Looking at other people's reviews who have had similar experiences they have been told the same. However, section 7.4 of their Terms of Service is clear there is a 30 day money back guarentee if you try at least 6 sessions. I have continually asked to speak to a Human Manager. I've been told l will hear from one. It's been several days and nothing. They have a contradictory contract which only serves them. If you access their services you won't be given a refund however you can only apply for a refund if you have tried 6 of their sessions. You can't win. They are hiding behind AI who have been programmed to give no refunds. It certainly feels very dishonest and frustrating to me.

Citizens Advice & Trading Standards

Like other disgruntled customers in the UK l have reported them via Citizens Advice to Trading Standards. Trading standards investigate businesses that engage in unfair practices like in this case where they are misleading customers. They can issue improvement notices, take businesses to court which can lead to restricting that business or even close them down. In serious cases they pursue the Directors in criminal court which can result in fines and imprisonment. If you are not in the UK Google search for consumer protection support in your country.

Other ways to get your money back

I then contacted my bank to ensure that this subscription couldn't be charged again in a few months. HappyO had confirmed that my subscription had been cancelled but based on my other experience l do not trust that at all. My bank confirmed that all future payments have been blocked. They then told me as l had purchased with Mastercard l could go through their dispute process for a refund! Music to my ears. They asked me for the terms and conditions to verify unfair practices. Once complete they told me that l would likely be covered by them. They said they would hand over to their dispute team to look into further and work on, on my behalf!
l might be refunded by my bank directly in a few days! Isn't that fantastic! Thank you Mastercard! I thought those protections were only with a credit card but apparently not.

I stopped using this after a week

I stopped using this after a week. Six months later it auto renews. I understand all the policies. However, I received zero notifications or emails that it was renewing or any acknowledgement that I was charged. When I saw the charge, I had no clue what it was for. They refuse to give a refund. Lousy customer service. I've now paid for a year of services when I barely used it.

I did reach out to customer service and Sarah replied twice refusing to refund anything stating your policies are posted to view. However, who remembers six months later that they are going to have another charge? What business charges a customer without some sort of notification or receipt??

Ein vielversprechender Start
