Egy ideje használom a Happyo-t, mert kíváncsi voltam, tényleg segíthet-e kicsit csökkenteni a mindennapi szorongást és feszültséget. Őszintén szólva, kellemesen csalódtam: a hanganyagok nyugtatóak, könnyen beilleszthetők a napirendbe, és sokszor segítenek lelassulni egy stresszes nap után. Az tetszik benne, hogy nem igényel nagy elköteleződést, csak pár perc figyelmet naponta.
Viszont szerintem nem helyettesíti a valódi terápiát vagy szakemberrel való beszélgetést, inkább egy hasznos kiegészítő, ami segíthet jobban ráhangolódni a nyugalomra. Összességében jó élmény, de érdemes reálisan várni tőle: nem varázsmegoldás, hanem egy kellemes támogatás a mindennapokra.

A gentle easing of my emotional pain.
As the course goes on, I come upon issues I’m afraid to face, but the sessions are well thought through, and I’m not triggered by the content.
