Wait times for webchat are very low. Each time I have attempted to get in touch, a member of the team usually connect within a matter of minutes. Rico and Regie have been spot on. They are very polite and knowledgeable, no just about their products but trading and platforms in general. All of my concerns/questions are swiftly answered/addressed and I cannot fault the team. Great prop firm and customer service to match.

Not more than 10 minutes after my purchase right after I realized there was no longer MT4/MT5 available at GFN, I requested a refund, which was denied. I don't say GFN is illegitimate but their customer care sucks and based on this move they seem to be pretty greedy.

I was able to look at your account again.

The platform you are getting is clearly labelled at the time of purchase on the order page (DXT) and there is NO mention of MetaTrader. Also as per our terms of use that you digitally signed we do not offer refunds post purchase.

However, we like to work with our customers and understand there has been a shift in the prop firm industry for all prop firms with regard to platforms. Next week you will notice that virtually all prop firms will no longer offer grey-label MT options. Rather than wait till the deadline then migrate you over, which we find disingenuous we have made the shift early.

That is why we are getting our customers onto platforms that will stand the test of time right now and not just putting you on a platform that you will need to inevitably migrate from causing you a lot of disruption.

What I can say is we are going to be one of the first prop firms in the world to have TradingView integrated into your DXTrade. That should be available in around a week or so.

Secondly, we will have cTrader and MatchTrade, both with the same razor-sharp ThinkMarkets execution you are used to experiencing. This is all a mere 1-2 weeks away.

What I can therefore offer you is a substantial one-off discount on your next purchase of 50% using any of the above-mentioned platforms when they are ready. I cannot promise but I can also try to move this account over to cTrader or Match Trade when they are ready.

So we will work with you closely to make sure you have the right environment for you – please just allow us to integrate more options. In any case, we are going to be well ahead of the curve of any other firm when it comes to platform options.

Let’s catch up in the next 1-2 weeks as more options are available.

I appreciate your prompt response, but I must express my disappointment with your decision not to honor my refund request. While I understand the terms of use, it's disheartening to see such inflexibility, especially considering the circumstances.

I want to address your statement regarding the shift in the prop firm industry regarding platforms. There are indeed ongoing changes, but it's misleading to suggest that there are no alternatives. Several prop firms like FTMO cater to only non-US traders who still offer MetaTrader 4 or 5, and some others even make exceptions for EU-based traders. Thus, the claim that migrating to other platforms is an industry-wide necessity doesn't hold up to scrutiny.

Furthermore, your insistence on retaining such a small amount in dispute, despite the larger picture, raises concerns about the level of trustworthiness and customer care and overall legitimacy of your business. This reaction does not inspire any confidence in your company's integrity.

While I appreciate your offer of a discount on my next purchase, my request for a refund still stands, and I hope you can understand my frustration with the current decision.

Hi Laszlo,

In the next few months, you will see that these firms that have whitlabel MetaTraders licences will also remove them hence the reason they already started onboarding the new platforms we also have. We had a meeting with metaquotes and I can assure you that this is what will happen. These other firms with an MT licence is given more time as their database is much more complex.

I also mentioned the alternatives that are on their way. Soon we will have 3 platforms that you can choose from.

When it comes to the terms and conditions - every trader has to sign and accept them before they join which means that is the binding proof that you accepted these terms.

Our platform is very clearly labelled as DXTrade.

When it comes to the trustworthiness, customer care and overall legitimacy of our firm - I do not believe for one second that this is achieved by breaking the rules/contract in our terms and conditions and favouring one trader over the other. The fact that we stand by our terms and conditions should be proof that we treat everybody the same.

It would be very unfair if I broke the rules for you and not for the next person. Once we allow this to happen we might as well not have terms and conditions at all.

I’ll be honest. Platform is not good. gooeytrade always crashes during the news. if ctrader comes up, i think everything will be great. very low spread.
Also I need to mention that supports are very helpful.Especially Mr.Regie, he solved all of my problem.
