don't sign up without knowing how the service works, you will pay monthly subscription and have no use for the store card or credit card unless there's a way to work out how to use them.

Getting through to Bits can be a challenge at times rarely someone answers the phones when I call in . Contacting via email can also be a delay at times. Ine person that seems to know what’s going on and is always ever so helpful is Leenesh. Thank you Leenesh and I thank him for this.

I don’t to ink bits employ’s many staff though. I’ve been a customer for two years and glibly have known two others that I have had contact with.

Disgusting

Received suspicious email saying 'thanks for your application your card is ready' although have never applied. Phoned number on their website to check out and the call was answered by person, no switchboard. I have never known a bank to not have a switchboard. Person on phone says thanks for application email is marketing. Email is designed to make you call questioning the application for them to get your personal information. Almost certainly Phishishg scam, reported to Citizens advice, trading standards, police and ombudsman.

Dealing with BITS has always been fruitful

I’ve been using Bits for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic experience. The credit card feature is incredibly easy to use, straightforward to manage through the app, and perfect for anyone looking to build or improve their credit score.

What really stands out is how positively it’s impacted my credit file. Since using Bits responsibly, I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in my credit score. Payments are reported properly, and the structure makes it simple to stay on track and avoid missed payments.

The app is easy to use it's built my credit score up. I like the fact I can pay off the balance when I can. I also like the store credit.

Great app to build your credit up started with £50 credit and I have now £100 waiting for my credit limit to go up with them as long as you keep up with your payments on time you get a increase soon 3/4 months later
