Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service.
Bought tickets on a Saturday night for Monday morning through their website. Received invoice by email and card was charged but no tickets.
On Sunday evening, contacted via Facebook as their designated emergency option since the office is closed weekends. It's "in our security system. As soon as the office opens in the morning, a manager will look at it."
According to the invoice email, the office opens 7am MT. According to their website, 8am or 9am, depending on the page you look at. At 9:01 and again 10:21, only auto-responses on Facebook stating the office is closed.
Called their emergency number at 9:38 MT but did not receive a callback until 10:13, which was cut off. They apparently have no ability to reconnect lost calls
Before I could call back, I received another email thanking me for "letting us know about your change in plans" i.e. they cancelled my order! No explanation by email or Facebook.
