It’s been a week and all I have gotten are the run arounds and getting nowhere close to getting my phone repaired. First they needed a video with the device account number, then they wanted another video with the device serial number. Then they wanted another video with the device serial number but filmed from back side first. Then they said screw it let’s make you run around town but don’t get your phone fixed yet. Some sort of a joke people, don’t fall for it. Filing a complaint with the state

You always hear the bad things about claims, so when my phone suffered liquid damage, I expected the worst. The experience with Akko was far from that! It was easy to submit the claim, provide photos, get a quote for repair (or in this case, that a repair could not be completed), and get payment to get a new phone. Would definitely recommend!

Very easy to use, and quick! The only thing I would appreciate is if there was more direct contact. Issues with your phone are already stressful and waiting for an email instead of a direct response, like a call or a chat box with an agent, makes anxiety higher for first-timers.
