Akko is seriously a game changer, and it is 100% better than Apple insurance. You are able to use your Akko insurance for multiple devices, I forget the exact number but my coverage covers more devices than I even need. I have had Akko for more than 5 years and have used it on an old tv that broke during a car ride, a broken MacBook, and my headphones that were stolen. I was reimbursed for all of these items. I seriously recommend it 100% to any friends that need insurance

I am very satisfied with AKKO phone insurance. I accidentally destroyed my phone screen on a curb, and AKKO got me fixed up in 5 days. The claim took 3 days, which was a bit inconvenient, but I am very satisfied with the service!

Breaking your phone over Memorial Day weekend sucks. Away from home, worried about how long it would take. I'm used to dealing with the "carrier phone insurance" that costs $20 a month and had a $200 to $300 deductible. And a bunch of hoops. But, Akko was fantastic. Price was great. The service was better. It's my first day back at work after the holiday weekend and I've already received a payout for my broken phone. Couldn't be happier with any purchase I can remember in the recent past. Highly recommend.

This is my first Claim, My claim was straightforward experience very easy and fast no wait around time I was ready with everything they wanted or needed for the claim the customer service was great! I will continue to have them as a device insurance company!

I was having technical trouble with getting evidence uploaded and messaged customer support. I was able to get my claim resolved with their help. They have been very responsive.

I have had one finished claim with akko and a current open claim with akko on getting my iPhone screen repaired. They have been easy to work with and biggest benefit is I can GO TO APPLE STORE!!!! I had a different insurance provider in the past who required me to go to certain shops and they could not guarantee they were using OEM Apple parts. Akko will let me go to Apple Store. Only downside I can say is that I have to pay for repair upfront and then get reimbursed which can be an issue for some people but I will say they pay out very quickly!

Decent company they make the process pretty quick. You do have to have good documentation of repair and quote process so won’t be as quick as Apple care but you get the same outcome for less cost. Worth it for me at least.

Great experience with my claim process. The customer support was fabulously helpful, and really kind. The claim itself went really smoothly, and updates on the process came way quicker than expected. Every step was very clear, and I would (and already have) recommend it to everyone.

Akko was a lifesaver after my laptop and some camera accessories got stolen from a rental car break-in while traveling in Europe. Of course, I had everything documented, but the claims process via email was efficient and straightforward. I provided all the documents they requested, and then shortly after they sent me an email approving my claim and sending the funds for the stolen items. Was a great experience with Akko and will definitely continue to insure my electronics with them in the future!

I was quite surprised how quickly I was able to get my claim processed and paid. Within the space of about 90 minutes, AKKO changed the phone that was covered (I had bought a new phone and the carrier had automatically switched coverage to the new one; I had to have AKKO switch it back so I could file the claim for my previous phone, which had been stolen); advised me what additional information to upload to complete my claim; processed the claim, including accurately identifying the replacement cost for my stolen phone; and sent me the payment via Venmo.

The AKKO company is very customer oriented, and highly efficient in helping me replace the dishwasher that was broken. The reimbursement process is very simple. I highly recommend to go with it.
