The bears are simply gorgeous, the most "huggish" bears you could find.... the sellers are kind and reliable ...you could not ask more !!!

Love them and their products. Obsessed with the bear. I had no issues with shipping or customer service. 100% a good experience.

GetAHug responded me, said i will get shiping compensation and got tracking link. I will update when i get bear and refund :)

I ordered a Getahug bear directly from their official website (Order #[#GH88137551]) and paid US$52.59.
The parcel I received (tracking DOFR9010004299021HD / UK511813619YP) contained a cheap little garment, completely different from what I ordered.

I emailed the company twice and even tried calling their phone number (+1 626 393 6623) — only an answering machine, no answer, no refund, nothing.

This company is not trustworthy.
They advertise beautiful handmade bears, but what they send has nothing to do with what you see online. It’s misleading, and they completely ignore customer messages.

I have photos of the parcel label, the outer packaging, the item received, and my original order confirmation.
I am now filing a chargeback with my bank and reporting this company to consumer protection agencies.

Do not buy from Get Hug or Condere Hugh.
They take your money, send random junk, and vanish.

I ordered a blind box Xmas bear on 1st October, received an automated confirmation of my order….. and nothing since. I’m going to request a refund from them - don’t expect I’ll hear anything then will go to my bank to request a chargeback refund. Shame on you.

Edit: The teddy bear finally arrived after a month of waiting.
I’m changing my review to 5 stars because what’s inside the package is absolutely beautiful.
The company really needs to update the delivery time information or find a way to speed things up.
So if you want to order a bear for a specific date, make sure to do it well in advance.
But you can be sure the product will arrive — and it’s truly wonderful.
My daughter will be over the moon with happiness!
I’m already placing another order for Christmas, just to make sure it arrives on time.

I placed order GH88133580 on September 19th.
I am leaving a review for the second time. After my previous one, in which I gave one star, the company contacted me immediately. They wrote that the problem was that a few items were missing, and I received a refund for those missing items. It seemed like everything would go smoothly after that. I was given a tracking number and asked to remove my review, which I did because I believed the package was on its way.

However, since October 7th, the order still hasn’t been shipped, and once again there’s no email contact explaining what’s happening.
My daughter has a birthday this week, and now I’m in a difficult position.

I don’t know if this is a scam or not, but if you don’t have time or patience, I wouldn’t recommend this company.
This time, I will update my review once I receive the package—if I ever do.

After the problem with my order. I have now had a response from getahug. They have asured me that they will rectify the mix up. Thank you getahug for your response and will look forward to receiving my order.

Absolute scam, ordered over 3 weeks ago and have still not received my package. I had express shipping and was told the parcel would be here in 4 days. Then got an email to say due to lots of orders it would be 7-9 days. I have emailed twice and tried to ring and the phone number said they weren’t accepting any calls right now. This was a gift for my nieces and nephews now I don’t have the money to buy them a Halloween gift. I just want to bears I ordered. When I put in my order number (#1025) it says that the order doesn’t exist!!!

No Package received. They Say it takes 24 hours to get a respond but I still didn’t get any and I’m waiting for my Package. They are probably ignoring me.

I ordered a bear and 2 outfits over a week ago. When it hit the week mark I messaged on tiktok message I emailed and I commented on their tiktok videos every single thing was ignored but other people on tiktok were replied to. I find it very rude I have literally just over 2 weeks for this to be delivered in time and I really hope it is I ordered it with plenty of time in advance

Very disappointed I was so excited to get my halloween bear. I ordered on September 13th which apparently was pre-sale (the website never stated that) to date I have not received any tracking number or confirmation that my order has shipped. What is going on?
