I have bought quite a few grips from this company but when I sent a complaint about one which was damaged they just didn’t respond. Very poor customer service.

Ordered the product to the wrong address, immediately contacted customer service to edit the address. They confirmed that they fixed it but the parcel still left to the wrong address. Now its impossible to get an answer from their customer service.

I get the feeling that they dont care a bit after the customer has paid since the reviews are bad and another customer has had the same experience as me.

Edit: They answered and got a replacement set. Product seems to be good quality.

Absolutely terrible overgrip for rackets - looks and feels like cheap plastic! Whilst the design is cute, I think that’s the only thing going for it. Thankfully I didn’t remove my old grip or replace it with the new one I ordered from here as I was dubious about the quality. This would’ve really affected my playing as the grip is not secure at all and the plastic would probably melt away with sweat, so I would recommend avoiding this shop and buying from a more reputable source. Whilst you pay a bit more at least you know it will actually improve your grip quality.

Wish I had read the reviews before. Tracking says parcel delivered but the location is not my house, and there is no other tracking history so it looks odd/fake. I have tried to contact them several times as shipping provider says I should go through the seller, and no response. Looks like a scam I'm afraid...

All perfect, order December 4 (overgrip, socks and others), the shipment has arrived December 12.
Don't received track number but all fine!

Haven’t received my order. I entered an incorrect delivery address, realised straight away so clicked help and sent them an email to ask for my address to be changed / the order to be cancelled so I could repurchase. No response via email. Sent them a message on instagram which they haven’t responded to but they are still posting so are clearly ignoring me. Such a shame after spending almost £20 and considering I probably would have been a returning customer.

I have been using these grips for over 2 years now and haven't even considered trying other products. They are comfortable, absorb sweat and it's always nice to switch up the look of your racket.

Grips look great! But… shipping to the Netherlands took 28 days. Sent them an inquiry about my shipment twice: after my first inquiry (12 days after dispatch confirmation) and they told me to wait a bit longer. Sent a 2nd inquiry 4 days later and never got a reply. So all in all: Grips look great, just be prepared to wait a loooong time when you don’t live in the UK.

Bestelling (nog) niet ontvangen na 12 werkdagen, 16dagen) geen track en trace... teleurstellend.

Update: 2dg later wel bezorgd!

Package not delivered.
Not responding on emails.
No buying here!

Never received my order. Customer Service doesn't respond. Lost my money. Don't buy here!

Ordered before 2 p.m 15th September, website promises same day despatch. Not despatched until THIRTEEN days later, received after 15 days and missed the birthday they were a gift for. Emailed the company and they didn't bother to respond.
Grips are OK but are overgrips and don't last long.
