Poor shopping experience, even poorer customer service experience. Did not receive my matching items due to their inventory error and was then charged out of pocket to return the single item. Very poor experience!

It was a positive experience all around!

Need to return a gift, but there is zero response via eMail for months, nor their online chat. Additionally, they have a Bay Area phone number, giving the impression of local, but package ended up coming from Australia.

They did get back to me, after seeing this review.

The restocking fee of 20% plus shipping makes it a costly return option. Suggest that any buyers be REALLY SURE that the product you are getting is for sure what you want.

What a joy to work with the team at Gessato. I roped them in to help me with a relatively small corporate gift order, and I truly couldn't have asked for a better partner! Apart from the fact that they were one of the only retailers who stocked the very beautiful speaker/radio I was hoping to send out, they put as much thought as I did into design, and personalization. Every step was painless, and their communication was impeccable.

Everybody who received the gifts has been thrilled, and I was able to implement an idea that I had with better results than I could have hoped for. Thank you, thank you, thank you - this has been a highlight in the journey of my small organization, and I think this gift will be remembered by many for years to come.

I had a much needed repair for my Solari Dator 60 flip clock. Davide and Elda were extremely helpful with arranging for it to be shipped to and from Italy for the repairs. They kept me appraised at all times of costs, shipping, and an expected return date. Communication and expertise were exceptional. It was a pleasure working with them.

I received a table book that got damaged from the delivery box being crushed in shipment. Leo was quick to replace the book and make it right. I’m very grateful for his quick actions as this was a holiday gift. It’s nice to find such good customer service again.

I found some great items for my kitchen reasonably priced, delivery was fast, had additional questions which were answered right away via chat.

Responses to my questions were really fast. I was able to get all the items I wanted and was given a nice discount. The items shipped right away and the order was 100% correct. All in all, it was a great experience.

Gassato has a product that I can’t get anywhere else. Although the shipping price is fairly high, it’s worth it to me for a bulk order of the walnut scouring pads.
Also Gessato’s furniture and rugs are very stylish!

Gessato and in particular David and Elda of their customer service team were extremely attentive to the urgency of my order and prevented delays! They provided efficiency, the best and smoothest service! The product lines they represent are the best names in the industry! Gessato is an excellent place to shop high end products!

I have to say. The design offerings on this store/website are beautiful and I will be back again for more wedding gifts and holiday gifts. The staff are so helpful and the customer service top notch. The items ordered were carefully packed which just shows the care they take.

Davide was extremely helpful in facilitating a specialized engraving of a gift for my wife, as well as then expediting the delivery in time for her birthday. He was extremely responsive in emailing, and was clear in communication around pricing, the process, etc.
