We collected our new campervan from Geoff Cox Derby in a smooth and constructive manner. The handover was excellent and most informative. Certainly staying at a nearby campsite for the first night was great learning tool for us both. Must remember the low wattage requirement for our kettle and toaster !!!! Thanks to the whole team.

5 ⭐ Customer service, very friendly staff.Everything was smooth from my part exchange to buying my New Adria Sunliving C70 DL Compact, with Deborah The Handover with Joanne was very thorough and not rushed, And Gavin, Nathan and the workshops guys for sorting my upgrades to the Adria and they gave me a free night at Broadholm lane Caravan park to try everything out.

This was the second new motorhome we’ve bought from Geoff Cox and what brought us back was the warmth and genuine support we’ve received from everyone in the team. Deborah was very helpful and proactive in answering all of our questions; nothing seemed too much trouble for her. The two hour handover with Joanne was relaxed but comprehensive. Late post : I recently bought a Lexus NX from Geoff Cox (April 2026) and had an excellent service from the GC team. I was initially hesitant due to the distance as I live near Southampton — but Mike was very helpful and provided me with all documents, photos, and video of the car beforehand.

The car was in showroom condition inside out, with FSH and manufacturer's warranty. I couldn't find a similar model with fewer miles at the price Geoff Cox offered anywhere else. The purchase was quick and Mike helped me with all transfer and documentation.

We have been absolutely overwhelmed by the customer service and attention to detail at Geoff Cox Leisure.
They meticulously ensured that our used motorhome was in outstanding condition, from fully servicing, cam belt, water pump, 4 new tyres, 12 months mot, 3 years warranty, 3 hours tutorial, a free site overnight stay on collection, electric cable and levelling ramps and all as standard procedure is incredible.

The staff were all lovely and so helpful.

All the sales seem really competitively priced and with the added peace of mind that they are all eager to help and ensure your completely 100% happy with the purchase, there is no need to go anywhere else.

From the very start we have been met with knowledge, professionalism and confidence in everything the Geoff Cox Team delivered. At our first encounter with Gavin at the NEC we felt at ease with him as he gave us plenty of time to look at the options and answered all our questions.
He gave us lots of suggestions and resources to consider as we are first time motor homers and we basically were starting from a position of zero knowledge.
Communications between the team and us during the process were effective and clear. Deborah a consumate profession who really knows the business and the products kept us up to date. Prior to pick up their was a small mechanical problem but they dealt with it swiftly and kept us informed. They were absolutely not happy to handover until they were confident it was ready to go.
When it came to handover day Joanne was so thorough and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain everything we needed to know and answered all of our rooky questions so that we were more than happy to take possession if not wholly confident , knowing at least that Joanne and the team were on the other end of the phone to sort out queries. We rang them once on our trial site to ask about an issue and we were put straight through to the technical arm of the team who gave us support and helped us work out what we were doing wrong. Nothing seemed too much trouble
Throughout the whole process the team have matched our excitement to be on this special journey of owning our first motorhome and delighted for us for what it will mean for the future. I have no doubt that their after sales service will match their pre sales service and that we can be confident of a long and positive relationship with them.
We have still to really get to know our Adria Coral 60Y and if it is as good as we have been told, but the signs are all good!

Superb purchase process and collection experience. Very competitive pricing and well worth the extra journey into Derbyshire. The boast of a family business is genuine; every touchpoint from the first visit to get a better understanding of which vehicle I wanted and an initial quote, all the way through to the collection and a through handover of the new vehicle was first class. Engagement when necessary was also perfect and everyone in the business had time to clarify details and always replied swiftly to emails and telephone enquiries.

Won’t be using them again

I travelled over 2 hours to view a car and was clearly told the exterior marks would be sorted and the interior properly valeted before collection. I was also repeatedly pushed to pay £350 for a “diamond clean,” which I refused expecting a £12,600 car to already be in good condition.

On collection, it was obvious very little had been done. The car had only been washed, with marks still visible, and the interior had just a quick hoover not a proper valet. When challenged, I was told they’d done what they could, which simply wasn’t true.

Within a week, the battery went flat. Despite the 6-month warranty, I was told it wasn’t covered because it’s a used car poor aftercare for a car I’d owned for days. The phone charger also didn’t work, despite being “checked,” and had to be replaced at my expense.

I then had to spend £400 correcting the paintwork and £100 on a proper valet. The valeter showed how dirty the seats still were, confirming it hadn’t been cleaned properly at all.

Overall, this was poor service, poor preparation, and no real aftercare especially considering the price paid. I would not recommend and won’t be returning.

Excellent service from a dedicated and professional team

We had a very good experience buying our leisure vehicle from Geoff Cox. Everyone who dealt with us, right through from first seeing the vehicle to completing the purchase and handover, was welcoming, and friendly. They all were very knowledgable and answered all our questions. They made sure that the vehicle was the right one for us, showing alternative layouts and vehicles so we had choices. The handover and talk through of all the technical aspects of the vehicle was very thorough and unhurried, and we had an overnight stay in a local campsite to try everything out before we left with the vehicle. Overall a very good, professional but friendly experience and one where we really felt it was important to them that we were really happy and confident with our vehicle. We will certainly go back to them for servicing and maintenance as we have every confidence in the service they give.
