I found a car I liked when I was searching Google at WindmillMotors and decided to drive over and have a look. Ibby let me have a look around it and take it for a spin. He's a very nice guy, who answered all of my questions and gave me a good price for my car. Everybody is very friendly and the business is a hidden gem. Everything's been sorted and I've got the keys to my new car. I would definitely recommend, they have some stunning cars. Thank you to everyone at the business.

Very helpful garage with a lot of support with aftersale issues. We bought a second hand car from them. Their prices seemed fair, they did some extra servicing we requested before the sale and they couldn't have been more helpful with some electronic issues we encountered after we bought the car.

No care to customers and cannot be trusted.
Visited and received an offer on my car at beginning of our selling process. Yes I did go and look elsewhere as well as most people do when selling a car. However, due to personal circumstances and situation changing within a couple of weeks I returned to double check offer was still available and assured it would be. I declined offers from elsewhere as I thought I could trust them and you know try and support local business only to be completely ripped off and offered considerably lower. No understanding or care for our reasons. We were being completely genuine as I would have sold elsewhere had I not driven and double checked offer still stood. Completely disappointed and feel let down. Would not recommend.

Thankyou Nadin and team for your assistance today, without which I would have had significant problems. From ringing through to reception and explaining that the heat shield on my car had become dislodged, you immediately made it safe to drive and repaired it straight away.

I bought a car from Windmill motors, Rippingale. 3, months ago, we agreed to buy the car and went into the office to complete the sale with bank transfers ect, At that point I was handed all the paperwork, and then I was told, by the way there was only one key, at that moment I thought, ok I can get another one cut, not realizing how much a keyless push button Key would cost(£404,) The garage did offer to pay,£180, towards the cost. I feel the garage new what the cost of a new key would be, I feel they were deceitful at the point of sale, if I new before the point of sale I would not have proceeded, I did not take up their offer £180, NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
I was told there was only 1 key, after the sale was completed, Morally I should have been told before completing the sale.

I purchased a car around 2/3 months ago, I recently had some issues with it and took it to a garage to get repaired - I messaged windmill motors and told them about the issue and they refunded me with my garage purchase with no issues!

Bought a BMW X3 from Windmill Motors. Had a teething problem, which they dealt with. No fuss, no drama they just got on with it and sorted it. They very kindly provided a courtesy car until the problem was rectified. 10 out of 10, thank you guys.
