Do not use this hosting service. I purchased several VPS servers from them, which worked without any problems for five months. After I made another payment, they blocked most of them, allegedly due to fraud on the VPS, and started asking for my documents. When I asked them to explain the reason for blocking my accounts or to refund my money, they replied that they needed my documents.
The worst service ever, they simply stole my money without any proof of my guilt.

Support repeatedly responds that they will not refund the money and they have no evidence, they just want to steal my ID as well.
Never rent a server from these scammers, they will steal your money.

I would advise against using this VPS provider based on my personal experience.

After trying to top up my balance using various payment methods, many of which straight up refused to work, I managed to make a payment with Stripe, that went through on my bank's side, and never got to my geo.hosting wallet. Days later, there is still no response in my ticket about the issue.

They do not want to provide you with quality service, look for VPS providers elsewhere.

Cannot speak on VPS quality itself as I never got to actually get one.

Update several days later:

After publishing this review, they got back to me in the ticket and manually processed my payment, adding the funds into my account. I was able to get a Luxembourgish VPS, and while the speeds and latency are acceptable, the server is indeed located in the Netherlands and most IP checks mark it as such. Still very much not recommended.

I ordered a VPS and completed the payment, but I got stuck at the phone verification step since their system failed to deliver the code to three of my numbers. I opened a support ticket regarding this issue, but even after one business day, I haven’t received any response.

After ordering a server in Georgia, I received the response, "Hello. There are no free IP addresses in Georgia to activate the server. We can offer you a replacement location for your order. Will this suit you?" I declined and requested a refund. They didn't refund me and credited the amount to my balance, which I'm not satisfied with. I requested a refund through ticket #2782, and they never responded. They're not serious at all.

Useless service. You buy Kazahstan VPS, half of the services show Netherlands. So they don't have ready lcoal IP addresses, and they don't care how fast the geo information is edited. Here the reply:
"Unfortunately, we cannot give any advice on the speed of data updates. All we need to do on our part is provide up-to-date data, and we do it in a timely manner. We cannot be responsible for the speed of updating any given database."

немного удалось поработать с данным сервисом и пожалуй напишу отзыв о нем:
преимущества:

1. низкие цены

2. хорошие гео

недостатки:

1. отсутствие адекватной поддержки

2. хамство саппорта

3. отказ решать какие либо проблемы клиентов

4. неудобный сервис дозаказа услуг

5. полный бардак.

поясню. пользовался хостингом 3 месяа, после чего попытался дозаказать еще один - заказ слетел, на сайте невозможно разобраться, потом попытался снова - снова слетел заказа - в итоге психанул, забыл. я через этот хостинг поднимал впн, а именно - Wireguard. и внезапно замечаю - не работает ВПН. окей, иду на сайт а там такая картина - ействующий сервис удален - его просто нету, зато ддва сервера которые я пытался купить и не смог оплатить - активированны - судя по всему из остатков баланса на аккаунте и из оплаченного прошлого сервера. 🤦🏻‍♂️:poop:

написал несколько писем - реакция - ноль.

прошла неделя - написал снова - снова никакой реакции

прошел месяц - пишу несколько гневных писем мол удалите эту дичь и верните мне мой сервер, на что получаю ответ с угрозами заблокировтаь мой аккаунт:

вот такое отношение к клиентам.

хорошо это или плохо - выводы елайте сами.

я бы порекомендовал сделать побольше vpn с этого хостина для особо черных схем и пускай к ним придут маски шоу, за такое.

сервис geo.hosting полный отстой.

I tried the Minimalist plan at €5.50 – the cheapest option. Surprisingly, it handles several landing pages without issues. Deployment really took just 15 minutes as promised. The only drawback is no automatic backups on basic plans. Support sometimes gives generic replies but generally helps. A good budget option to start with.

The hosting is wonderful. The company's services are the perfect solution for me. I found very favorable conditions here, everything was fine. I would like to note the stable operation and high speed. The prices are quite adequate, the polite support service is always in touch and helps to solve problems. Excellent quality of services. The best option, I recommend it to everyone.
