I am writing to warn potential buyers about my terrible experience with GamesBay following the purchase of a gaming account (Order #179512, Dec 2).

The account is completely inaccessible (I cannot log in), and the customer support has been non-existent and deeply frustrating.

Here are the critical issues:

NO ACCESS TO ACCOUNT/EMAIL: The account is linked to a highly suspicious email address (****@jiankj.cn). I was given this email and its password, but I cannot access the inbox. All attempts to reach the necessary webmail login (required for initial verification and full account takeover) result in a "Forbidden" (403) error. This indicates the email is either single-use or deliberately inaccessible to the customer. Without access to the email inbox, I cannot receive the required verification codes, making the purchased account unusable.

NON-EXISTENT LIVE SUPPORT: I attempted to resolve this issue through the live support chat, where I waited for over 5 hours without receiving a single reply from an agent. This is unacceptable for a service that sells time-sensitive digital products.

FAILURE TO PROVIDE ESSENTIAL INFO: I have tried reaching out to them to get the correct Webmail URL or server settings, but I have received no meaningful assistance. They are failing to provide a working product or the essential tools/information needed to secure the product they sold.

GamesBay is selling products that are fundamentally flawed upon delivery because they do not provide the necessary means to fully take over the account, and they offer ZERO support when problems arise. My purchased account is unusable due to their technical failure.

Avoid this service if you expect to receive a working product or any form of customer assistance.

I purchased the account "36 Poke Gold | 2500+ Pack Hourglass | 3000+ Wonder Hourlgass | 6000+ Shop Ticket | 3000+ Cards.

Not even half of what was promised, only the Poke Gold is kinda close.
When contacting the support the just respond with a standard answer like "it was fully functional".
Just getting half of what you paid for is not fully functional in my opinion.....

It’s been months and I never received an account.

Don't give me an account, and delete all the informations about selling

J'ai commander un compte Zenless Zone Zero (Jane Doe, serveur EU), après avoir attendu plus une journée j'ai reçu un compte qui ne correspondait pas à la description (d'autres rangs S mais pas Jane sur le compte). J'ai donc contacter le support afin d'avoir un échange ou un remboursement (En précisant bien le numéro de commande et avec des captures d'écrans du problème). Le support m'indique 1 jour plus tard (je précise que sur d'autres plateformes ont obtient le bon compte de jeu en 5 minutes en temps normal) qu'ils refusent toutes formes d'échange ou de remboursement des comptes (alors qu'ils sont clairement en faute) mais par contre il me propose 30% de réduction sur mon prochain achat que je n'ai bien évidemment pas effectué chez eux car ce sont des escrocs.

Bought an account, recieved it 12 hours later, logged in and changed the name on it, left because i had to do something and came back to most of the wishes used up, another name on the account and yet to wait to hear back from them, which also takes ages

They sent me the wrong order twice did not honor there terms of service or did they respond to my emails do not order from them

I don’t recommend this company at all. I ordered a product that only had half of what was advertised and to get into the account to even view it I had to change the password. Since I did that, they now can’t provide a refund or a different account when I had no choice but to change it to access the account in the first place. Their customer service is a joke that likes to threaten legal action if a dispute is filed, when they’re the ones scamming people to begin with. If you’re looking for a good reliable vendor go elsewhere because this is not it.

They sent the wrong order and did nothing about it . I paid 40$ for something I don’t even have . No type of discount or anything . Beware

To access the account, you have to change the email, but after changing it and logging in, it turns out to be a completely different account from what was described in the product. When you contact them, they just say they can’t do anything because you changed the email, and then they keep ignoring you. This is a scam — do not buy it under any circumstances.

I think this is a great website, although I've heard there were many scams, I still have received all my purchases with either extra primogems or the amount I paid for. Other than the one account which came a week later due to high demand, everything has been given less than 24 hours within purchase

I purchased a Seven Knights Re:Birth Starter Account (KOREA) for $13.99, which was advertised to include 70,000+ Rubies, 600+ Summon Vouchers, 100+ Rate Up Summon Vouchers, and 1+ Legendary Character.

However, the account I received only had around 47,000 Rubies and far fewer tickets than promised. This is completely misleading and unacceptable.

I expected to receive exactly what was listed, but instead, I got something much less valuable. I’ve requested either a full refund or the correct account with the advertised resources.

Buyers, be careful — make sure you get what you paid for.
