Bought a genshin account for 55 usd it was supposed to have 100k primogems ending up having 60k and support does shit

After making a purchase on this website, I didn't just not receive my account. The website charged my credit card many times later! I am having to lock and reissue my card, on top of contacting my bank to reverse the transactions.

So be very cautious. The website is a scam. They will steal your card and make transactions you did not authorise as long as you give them your card information.

They are not afraid of the law because the law enforcement doesn't work on such a low scale. They are a low level scam and that is how they survive. You can reverse the transaction within 120 days generally. If you think you got scammed — contact your bank or do it in your bank app.

Now, PLEASE go down and see the recent reviews. Do you think it's just a coincidence? Literally everyone is getting scammed by, well, a scammer. But you will be different, right?

How does this website work? Simple. They promise you instant delivery. THEY DO NOT HAVE ACCOUNTS. So there will be no instant delivery. You will get a message saying "High Order Volume Notice". They will tell you they can't deliver it immediately and you have to wait. This is just to make you give up eventually and lower the chances of a charge back from your bank. They are a scammer. It used to be a legit site. Either the owner changed or it got hacked. Now it's a scam website.

For me, personally? I bought it knowing that it was 90% chance a scam. And guess what — it was a scam. No account, obviously. After two emails (which I sent to prepare for a chargeback as you need evidence) I received a refund. I was like — wait, what? A refund from a scammer? That doesn't look right. And today I got a sneaky transaction from them taking out money from my account lmao.

The are a roach preying on your laziness. DO NOT FEED THEM. Charge back the money through your bank if you think you got scammed. Even if it's 5$. Do not feed the gremlin. They are ruining it for everyone else.

I will also be raising this topic with Google staff to hopefully get them delisted from the Google search providing the evidence from Reddit people I found and this reviews page.

Guess what: you aren’t allowed to cancel and get a refund either.
They likely won’t even deliver the account advertised. And even then, guess what, no refund.
There’s one thing they won’t have difficulty doing though. And that’s spamming your email with rubbish.

Unprofessional website with 0 respect, spams your email if you have anything in your cart, gives wrong orders. They have several different options for a said game, yet can’t give what’s promised, i refunded and they threaten with legal proceedings absolutely embarrassing, there are way better websites out here under no circumstances would i ever recommend this unprofessional website.

I bought an account for Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade on the European server. Spent around 8€ roughly. The offer for the price was great and was looking forward to it. However, when I got delivered the account to my email and when I tried logging into it in the game and into outlook for the first time, both the game and Microsoft informed the account had been blocked due to suspicious activity, meaning it had security issues before it was delivered to me. I tried talking to support about it, on the live chat on the website, and on 2 different emails, I got the same answer thrice. They said they are not responsible for what happens to the account after the delivery, and that they were willing to compensate with a 30% discount code. The problem is, I lost 100% of my money, not 30%, they weren't willing to even check the email I sent them properly with evidence, they just said they couldn't help and took my money. Terrible, beyond terrible customer service.

I bought an account for $24.99 and the listing clearly advertised “5500+ Rainbow Diamonds” as its own separate item, along with “1+ Random EX Character,” “1500+ 4 Gold Fragments,” and “80+ 4 Characters.” Based on that, I expected each listed amount to be accurate on its own.

What I actually received was 4,976 rainbow diamonds and only around 900 4-star gold fragments, both of which are below what was advertised.

I contacted support immediately and was told the listing was still accurate because the “total value may include other in-game items or equivalent currency.” That explanation does not match what was delivered or how the listing is written. There were no extra diamonds in the mailbox, no banner-specific currency, no exclusive summon tickets, and nothing else that made up the difference.

Support also gave me the exact same copy-pasted response in both live chat and email, even after I pointed out the issue, and I have not received any actual resolution.

I also tried leaving a 1-star review on their website. It showed as submitted, but it never appeared publicly, which raises concerns about how reviews are being handled on their site.

My issue is not minor missing extras. Multiple specific advertised amounts were not delivered, and the explanation provided does not match either the listing or the actual account. If these numbers are estimates or part of a combined value system, that needs to be clearly stated instead of being presented as separate guaranteed amounts. Based on my experience, I would avoid this site.

I placed Order #37744 with GenshinAccount, but the account I received was not as described.

The listing promised:

100,000+ Astrite
140+ Lustrous Tide
52+ Radiant Tide
20+ Forging Tide

However, the account I received only had:

82,002 Astrite
19 Radiant Tide
0 Forging Tide

This is significantly different from what I paid for, and the actual value of the account is far lower than advertised.

I contacted their support requesting a refund, but I have not received any response.

At this point, I am requesting a full refund. If the issue is not resolved, I will proceed with a chargeback and consider further action.

I do not recommend this seller due to misleading descriptions and lack of customer support.

I purchased a Genshin Impact account from this website.

What was advertised:

- Female (Lumine)
- 85,500 primogems
- 126 standard wishes and 64 limited banner wishes

What I actually received:

- Male character (Aether)
- Around 48,000 primogems
- About 110 standard wishes and 60 limited banner wishes

This is not a small difference, but a completely different product than advertised.

Customer support was very slow and only responded after the account was used, refusing to provide a proper solution.

Because the account was not suitable, I had to sell it at a loss.

Be careful before buying from this site.

I bought many accounts from them, from crk, pjsk, Genshin and wuwa but now when I log into my accounts I bought they say they don't work even when I have everything correct. They refused to give me a refund so I let it be.. Not long after I bought a Genshin reroll for about 50 USD, and when I gave it a few days and then tried (because they said of the moderation or smth) it still didn't work, waited for 5 months the account info still doesn't work. I contacted them again and they just told me to give it more time and refused to refund again. Terrible experience, the only account that works for me now is the pjsk account, other than that don't buy from them cause it's VERY risky.

BUYER BEWARE! I bought their most expensive account for the game Wuthering Waves with what they said had 100,000+ astrite (the summoning currency) and it came with 46,000. I got a $3 account after paying $60. they have not replied to any of my emails and now im forced to do a chargeback with my bank!

A picture would have been more expressive than words, but the experience was and is excellent.

I bought a limbus company from them and have yet to receive an actual account. I can't tell if they are scamming me or don't care to help a first time customer access the item they purchased. I do NOT recommend the store for anything.

J’ai commandé un compte jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade qui devait contenir 60 000 cristaux, 25 personnes SSR et plus de 100 ticket d’invocation.
Sur le compte il y avait exactement 30 000 cristaux 6 personnages SSR et 20 ticket d’invocation.
Quand j’ai demandé un remboursement on m’a tout simplement répondu « La valeur totale affichée sur nos listes (par exemple "83 000+ Gems" dans un jeu) comprend souvent des éléments bonus comme des billets d'invocation ou une monnaie équivalente. Lorsqu'ils sont ajoutés ensemble, ceux-ci vous donnent la valeur de traction complète comme décrit, même si tout n'apparaît pas comme des gemmes brutes. Le même principe s'applique à chaque jeu que nous vendons, avec les ressources spécifiques en fonction du titre. »
En conclusion ne commander jamais sur ce site ce n’est qu’une grosse fraude qui ne vous rembourseront pas si jamais il y a un problème.
