I needed my number changed because I was getting too many calls and texts from the previous owner. They changed my phone number immediately and I haven’t had a single wrong number since.

gen mobile have 0 idea popped up so if it's some free service they've done nothing for me didn't get phone or service so there's that so why you even contact me shows how out of touch with customer ba

and now since it's a bad review you won't even let me leave one and keep saying oh you got to go back no I don't you're out of touch with your customer base you wouldn't help me out and now you're asking how your service is why don't you keep up with what you're doing

Cheap phone

Cheap phone, not the best service. It’s a cheap quality. I’m not liking the service at all.

I’d love it but my phone has been turned off and I need it back on.My phone broke and I had to put it in a phone when I got one.. now my service is shut off

My phone was stolen couldn't reach anyone as it was after hours so I emailed never got a response.
