Good Place but weak on the admin
I had a check up and a hygienist appointment booked for the same day but I got a call asking me to move them as the dentist had child-care issues. I agreed to do so and so traveled across this week
However, on arriving, the dentist told me I would only be having my check up as I hadn't "paid" yet for my hygienist appointment as I was only on Plan 1. Whilst this is true, I wasn't aware of this and feel that reception could have told me that when I rebooked or given me the option to pay for an additional appointment (which I have now done)
The dentist herself was excellent and still carried out my check up but I felt that the admin was poor and the reception staff were not very interested.

A 5 star service all round.
After developing an agonising dental problem over Easter, I visited the Stoke Genix surgery. I was given an emergency appointment within an hour and had a temporary filling until I could have the tooth extracted the following week. From the start, I was treated with incredible care, help & compassion from the receptionists, dental nurses and the dentists for which I’m totally grateful. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Calm and welcoming dentists
My son is not a fan of the dentist and was very nervous about getting a filling but the team on the day were amazing with him, so gentle and caring, giving him time to collect himself between steps and offering encouragement. This is the first time we have seen Riyana, and she is by far the best dentist we have seen, she puts her patients at ease and has a gentle warmth towards everyone.
