What a scam , PLEASE read the small print before paying £1.95 for an autism report !!!

I completed an online assessment and saw a ‘summary’ of it. There is a link and password sent to your email . I couldn’t access the report so immediately sent an email querying whether this was a scam . I then sent an immediate further email advising that I did not support any other charges .

I received no response … until this morning ! The company advised that within the terms and conditions of their contract the moment you access any online material you are eligible for a charge for the first month ….of £49!!

The response from the company has been dismissive despite the fact that I couldn’t access the full report - what a con !!!!

No matter how accurate the results, this is still a scam. After completing the iq quiz you are faced with a paywall. The charge was €2 and nowhere in the main information did it mention a commitment to a subscription. The purchase is marketed as a single payment for your results, however, completely to my surprise 3 days after paying the €2 for my results I was charged with €50 from geniusiq without an email or any knowledge of a purchase. After checking the reviews I now understand that this is their little scheme of putting the information about a monthly subscription in the terms and conditions (WHERE IT SHOULD NOT BE) and charging you a small fee for what you think are simply your results. Honestly such a disgusting and dishonorable way of conducting business, especially for such a ‘legitimate’ site. I’m honestly so disappointed and would 100% never recommend this to anyone. Make sure to protect your money and information.

Its unfortunate that you list the test as "free". Technically, this is a lie and shows dishonesty. If the test is "free" the results are free. I'm sure Im about to be spammed from hell too and my information sold to 10,000 other companies.

Nothing to say really, other than it was good.

Scammers. They do not tell about the subscription when the test is taken later charge it. To be honest even the test is shit.

I agreed to pay £1.99 for one test. Then they tried to charge me $49.95 three days later. Absolutely unacceptable. Luckily I used my daily spending card that has almost no money in it.

Edit: I think I’m getting a lot of spam email because they misused my email too
