Worse than 1 star! Paid about $1.00 for a test then billed for a subscription service a few days later which WAS NOT in the welcome letter then they say if you’ve used the site within 14 days you can’t be refunded which you did when you first did the test! A COMPLETE SCAM!! Don’t use this site it’s a complete scam and misleading and not interested in long term customers. Read how close together all the good reviews are they were written in a batch. Then read these real ones from people like me who were scammed!!

Just wanted to do test

When making a one time purchase on genius iq for an iq test, it was £1, they misled me by setting a timer claiming a time sensitive deal resulting in a rushed and pressured purchase.
They did include the policy while purchasing however i did not expressly consent to the subscription as it seems like a suggestion upon going back and looking, which i will again reiterate that it was a very misleading purchase.
They have now charged me £60 total, £29.95 over 2 months and i have never used the service once aside from my initial purchase which was separate from the subscription.
I get a multitude of emails and so did not see the subscription confirmation email and the email itself only includes the subscription details at the end of the email.
The checkout page doesnt clearly state i was signing up for a subscription, and mislead me into thinking it was a once time purchase.
Regardless of the layout of the page i did not expressly consent to a subscription by checking a box or through another method.
I have contacted them repeatedly which stating these claims and they have not provided a refund.
I have also requested explicit proof of my consent and my login and activity logs which they have not provided and are legally required to.

I did an iq test, for which there was a charge of £1, and I was happy to pay for.
A bit later, I was charged £29.95.
I did not realise that I had signed up for a subscription. This was not clear on their site. I asked for a refund but they refused.
Please be wary of sites like this.
They are nothing more than scammers and cheats

I paid for a one off service for $1.99 - now the company has taken money out of my account $70.00 with no authorization.
I don't know how to get the money back so I will be canceling my bank cards to stop it happening again - this is theft

Thought it was free following my Goiogle search, and thern would not accept my authorisation code for payment!
