I would score a zero on this company if I could!
As people will see I have already left a review calling them out! I have since been in to my bank and found that they have actually taken the total of £82.95 WITHOUT my consent!
They have intercepted my attempt at signing up for the NCP carpark app in Newcastle and have crashed that out and used the details and the verification code from my bank to sign me up to some bullshit without my knowledge or consent!!!
My bank has told me this has been happening a lot and to let as many people know so they are all aware!
I have also been on to NCP carpark to let them know because who knows how many other people have had these SCAMMING BASTARDS sign them up for some absolute shite!
I emailed them demanding my money be refunded to be told I have a 99.8 credit voucher for their site.
Which I, if they actually had decent stuff, would cash in BUT it's all crap!
A fraud case has been raised with my bank.

You may see glowing comments about this company, But there fake to get my money back I had to give 5 stars and a great review send screenshot, then they would refund me, I said keep the £42 as I will not lie for a fake company, I have screenshot if trustpilot need them

Great service! I contacted Genius Gadgets once about a reimbursement, and they didn’t forget my request. They followed up and did their best to help. Highly recommend

Initially I was told that I couldn’t cancel within the first 48 hours, why? Then had to give a months notice because I hadn’t cancelled immediately, this led to me being charged for a service I didn’t want! After numerous conversations with agents someone in the escalations team has seen sense and decided to issue a refund, I hope that this will cover the second account which was fraudulently set up!

Je reçois un avis de contravention suite à un radar effectivement je me rappelle j'ai vu le flash donc il demande d'aller sur tel site et c'est celui-ci pour faire le paiement ça je trouve bizarre j'essaie de payer ça ne fonctionne pas je pense que c'est la sécurité de la banque qui bloque tout je ne sais pas si le paiement est passé ou pas du tout je ne le vois pas mais j'ai donné l'autorisation pour 39, 99 €et après avoir donné l'autorisation je vois apparaître uniquement à ce moment-là ce site bidon donc c'est une arnaque je vous confirme je déposerai plainte à gendarmerie

Unfortunately the subscribing was done incorrectly, and it was not required. however, the response was excellent but has taken a long time to resolve. I thank Daisy for her assistance and commend genius gadgets on how they have resolved this matter.
