I don't really signed to the site willingly but the customer relation are good

They sorted out a mistake with minimal fuss.

Scam. they used fake advertisement pretending to be another shop to trick me into buying a subscription. They responded with an automated email and of course they would not give me a refund.

Customer rep immediately handled my case and worked on resolving it. Fast response!

Issues resolved

My issues were solved without any issues, just disappointed that I was misled by an Email stating otherwise. Other than that, I was satisfied with the service I received.

This company took a subscription from my credit card even though I did not subscribe to their services. I then contacted them and they gave me a long story about no refunds and making an exception for me BUT first I need to send them a screen shot of a POSITIVE REVIEW and DO NOT MENTION REFUND and only then will they process the refund. Well, I refuse to be complicit in the fraudulent scam and have reported them to my bank as a scam and fraud and i am also reporting them to the Consumer Council in Cyprus (which is where they are based
