They are a FRAUDULENT company. BUYER BEWARE. They agreed to refund me on an order that did NOT ship out as of then, only to decide to steal my money as soon as I purchased the size rug I actually needed. I spent $600 plus and they had written an agreement to refund me the original order once I placed the new one. That felt a tad bit sketchy but I really needed the right size rug so I complied thinking, “my original order hasn’t shipped out and they promised to refund me so of course I’ll be refunded” WRONG. They left our email thread ghost for almost two days before responding that the warehouse already shipped out my original order which was false; they waited two days UNTIL the warehouse shipped out my order to STEAL MY MONEY! Please please please do your measurements before buying because they will try to get DOUBLE the money from you for the same exact rug just a bigger size if you don’t!!!

I, too fell for the “free and easy” return policy. Now they tell me that the customer pays postage and that it’s a complicated process. Not free, not easy.

Size and color is great. Just thought it would be thicker.

it’s been two weeks since i ordered the rug and still haven’t received it.

These are absolutely the most beautiful rugs, and at such a great price! They look a lot heavier than they are and they are so soft and comfortable. I am thoroughly satisfied with this company and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

I ordered a rug that was advertised by LaHome, but the item I received was from a completely different company. The product is not as pictured—the size, material, quality, and overall appearance are significantly different from what was advertised. It is also not made from the carpet-like material described in the listing.
After further investigation, I found multiple complaints from other customers reporting the same misleading business practices. Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful, as emails and chat requests went unanswered and there was no working customer service phone number available.
I did not receive the product I paid for and I am not willing to pay for goods that are materially different from what was advertised. In my opinion, this constitutes false advertising and misrepresentation of the product being sold. I have requested a full refund and would strongly recommend that consumers avoid doing business with this company.

I can honestly say that was the best carpet that I have ever bought. Excellent material beautiful design it made my living room look spacious and homey

Item is very poor quality and even though they advertise "free and easy" returns, they expect you to cover return shipping costs, which they do not mention until you request a return.

Received item on time, and was very satisfied is the design and quality of the rug.

Rug was much thinner than expected and took forever to be shipped and to arrive. Waiting for remodel to be completed. I bought a thick pad to hopefully make it look more like the picture.

Very easy to use customer service. My rug arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I'm excited about how well a pet friendly, washable rug holds up. It is backed with excellent non stick material and doesnt move once laid flat. The creases came out quickly despite being folded. I got the 6x9 and it was true to size

I was given a rug to test, so far so good. The colors are soft and beautiful. Rug isn't thick or plush but very comfortable and feels good to walk on. It doesn't slip or move. it comes folded up, so it did take a few days to lay completely flat. No odor or weird smells to it, which is a huge plus. We haven't had any messes or spills yet, but I'm sure we will soon as we are a large family with pets.
