I had PMU Brows with Gem.
I have been drawing my eyebrows on every day for YEARS! So when I say Gemma has changed my life, I truly mean it 🥹. Not only do I save time in the mornings, I have so much more confidence in myself. My only regret is I waited so long to do it. Gemma is an artist and an absolute perfectionist and I will continue to recommend her to everyone! 💕

Visited Gemma today for my usual brow top up. Have been visiting Gemma since 2020 and am as pleased now as I was then. She is a true professional in her art and knows exactly what works and makes you feel at ease with her vast knowledge and expertise. My brows look very natural and her colour choice is spot on, I couldn’t be happier. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gemma, a lovely lady who listens and knows just what you want! 🥰

Always makes me feel very relaxed, and lets me know everything she is doing. Her work is on point . Every time I have my brows topped up I’m so pleased with the outcome.

Had my eyebrow boost appointment on February 11, 2025, and, as always, Gemma was providing hight standard of care and attention to detail. She listened to my wishes and suggested the most suitable option for me and took a great care to give me lovely fresh eyebrows that look so natural! Love it! Gemma is a lovely human being and she is very professional in what she does. Very very happy with my eyebrows.

From the day I booked onto the course Gemma has been amazing.
Training and practice and support provided months before practical course date and support after.
All products provided with the kit and a great support group. The days of the course were professional and productive and can tell Gemma and her team are passionate about there students success. I couldn’t recommend enough !

After months of extensive research, I’m so glad I chose to train with Gemma. From the very start, the pre-course training and online learning provided a solid foundation, making me feel fully prepared for the in-person sessions. After years of coming to Gemma for my brows and lip blush, i decided to take the plunge and apply for her PMU beginner brow course. She did not disappoint! She was thorough, professional, and incredibly supportive. Completing the training really highlighted how much skill, thought and attention to detail has gone in to every brow she does. I am blown away! As someone that had fair, sparse brows, I’ve always been really conscious of how unbalanced my face looked. I’d been considering PMU brows for about a year and, honestly, I wish I’d done it sooner.
I can’t believe how natural they are, how much it’s boosted my confidence and how it’s totally changed how I see myself.
From start to finish Gemma made me feel comfortable and confident in her abilities and her beautiful nature and tactile conversation made the whole experience calm, enjoyable and just really comfortable.
The studio is chic and spotless, really easy to get to and to park, with enough space to feel like you’ve got a dedicated area to yourself for your treatment.

I have very sparse to non existent brows, I'd been thinking about PMU for years but never had the courage as it is a permanent commitment. I shouldn't have worried and wish I'd visited Gemma sooner! Her brushstrokes have been a game changer for me. Gemma is a talented and skilled PMU technician, professional and approachable. She takes time templating, ensuring that you are happy. I am not local to Gemma, but the journey is worth it, I have no plans to go anywhere else. Thanks Gem! x

Gemma is the best ever, so worth the over an hour travel as I wouldn’t trust anybody else.

Gemma puts you at ease as soon as you walk in. Extremely professional, very clean and hygienic. Listens to you and advices on what’s best to suit your face and complexion.

The best at what she does! I travel 3-4 hours to see her and I don't have any regrets at all.
She's immediately welcoming, the space is great and she's always happy to go with what I want to do as a customer, but also recommends and talks me through those decisions really well.
I've also turned up to her in times of chaos more than once and she's been so comforting, calming, relaxed, kind, easy to talk to, friendly and understanding; She's a fab person, as well as very talented at what she does and a great business owner.

I've had eyebrow SPMU before with two previous SPMU tattooist and I've never fully been happy with them until meeting Gemma! (I've had had the initial appointment and free top-up, plus the booster appointment over a year later).
