Absolutely awful experience with Gemini Telford. Referred in there by LV with a dent on the back bumper and cracked lamp cover. Ended up with damage to the front lights. Car has been in the garage for 7 weeks with 2 independent visits from Hoopers engineers who only read the faults from ICU and not physically checking what caused the faults after the repairs. I have the car for over a year and had absolutely no issues flying through MOT with not even 1 advisory. Both reports said the from damage couldn’t happened by the repairs done on the back. The car was perfectly fine when I took the car in for repairs. I had no choice but to take the car to another garage and was told that an electric wire to front light was cut off and 2 fuses were misplaced and blown. Garage denied wrong doing and I was left with more problems than originally. They haven’t replied to my last email so please don’t bother to give the pity reply. They will be reported to trading standards.
Looking on the previous reviews I am not the only one affected but this scammers.

The service at Gemini Luton has been fantastic. Unfortunately my car was reversed into and the drivers insurance company sent my car to Gemini Luton to be repaired. I cannot fault the service they provided. From start to finish I was kept informed of all repairs and other details relating to my car. The staff are super friendly and were able to answer any questions I had. The work has been completed to an outstanding standard and with an extremely timely manner. I want to thank both the mechanics and customer service staff for all their help in restoring my car to perfection!

Car sat there for 4 days before work began. Was not kept up to date and when I called the finish date was just pushed back further and further without explanation. Given mixed reports on progress, told car was progressing only to be told it hadn’t moved a few days later. Many delays seemed avoidable. Ordered external parts 10 days in and then had to wait 4 days for parts to arrive. Car was meant to go in for 3-5 days. Ended up over 2 weeks. Car delivered back with big new scratch across window and key fob has lost metal trim. Worst garage experience ever

no customer service available for appraisal. Contrary to any repairs deemed my car un repairable 6 months later I am still waiting for there mechanics to provide service communications to my insurance company for a non fault. Maybe next time I'll choose a better insurance company but to wait 6 months for you to make any progress is beyond ridiculous . For further reference I wouldn't allow Gemini accident repair to service my vehicles due to low standards and un - reliabilty .

They have done an amazing job on my car. I can't see any more the original scratches I had.

The people in reception were very kind and helpful. They gave me a courtesy car while they were repairing my car.

The repair of my car took them only a day, plus they have washed it and left it sparkling !

Very happy with the service provided and would recommend for sure.

Had my car body work repaired at the Denton branch through LV Insurance.

The resulting repair is outstanding, I dont know how they do it, the car was also polished to a mirror finish and valeted.

Eveyone who I dealt with the very professional, although couple of promised phone calls didn't happen.

The car was collected and delivered to my home address.

I took longer to repair than originally estimated, which was a pain, as I didnt have Courtesy Car on my insurance, and was relying on lifts.

I would also have liked a copy of the work schedule and final invoice for my records, but was informed this doesnt happen any more, and to ask the insurers.

Overall,however, I am very very pleased the workmanship, courtesy and service and would reccommend Gemini Denton.

Awful service from Gemini Telford. Forced to use this company by LV but reputation locally is poor. Repair was actually ok but they have damaged the electrical system and windows are stuck down. Made sure they got their payment in tha car park . When I returned to car I discovered the fault as they drove away in courtesy car. Manager is self certified expert on mx5 and the roof is the problem because 'they don't work after winter' Told me to take it to a dealership. No dates available until June. Can't protect car from rain in the interim. Car was in perfect working order before Gemini took it away.

The customer service I received after my vehicle was damaged has been first class. From the outset I have been kept well informed by very friendly staff from the start of my claim until it was delivered to my door.
Very happy with the quality of the repair and nice to see my vehicle back as it was prior to the accident.

A chance meeting with Dave who introduced me to his boss, Ian. They agreed to carry out a re spray on a door lock cover and fitted it to my car the same day. I can’t thank them enough and I would certainly recommend them. Thanks to Gemini for their help.

Bodywork & paintwork perfect. Only spoilt by not vacuuming the deer hair from under bonnet. most people would prefer signs of accident removed. Also unnecessary tyre paint didn’t dry. Checked tyre pressures & wondered where all black was coming from. Lots of scrubbing hands & tyres corrected mess. This was 3 days after collection. Original tyre paint still perfect, so didn't need touching anyway.

I have never, in my 79 years, experienced such customer service. I was kept abreast almost daily of the situation and the times given for collection of my car and delivery of a courtesy one and the return of both was right on time. The work done was so good that the repair looks like a new car. I would give more than a 5 stars for them. Thank you to the team.

I recently had my Ford Kuga repaired by the Gemini Stourbridge Branch through my insurance.

The service was excellent. My car was collected by a very professional team Jeff and Martin. They arrived bang on time and my car was delivered back again by them at the time they said they would. I was very impressed that the whole process from A to B was so straightforward and much quicker and easier than I imagined.

The bumper I had repaired looked like new, I was really pleased
and the efficient turnaround time definitely saved me money on extra car hire.

I would definitely use Gemini Accident Repair Stourbridge again.

Initially I was told my car would be repaired. It was towed away at such short notice I didn't have to to remove any personal items. When it arrived at the unit I was told it was a complete write off and they couldn't repair it, I then made a request regarding going up to retrieve personal items. They offered to deliver the car back to me and said they'd "get in contact with me" however after chasing it up days later I was told the car had already been taken to the salvage merchants.

I just recently had my car fixed here at this accident repair centre and I have to say they did an amazing job on my car and far out did my expectations if I’m being honest. So truly thank you very much. This is for the Edinburgh Branch.

My car was booked in for a touch up on the back panel on Wednesday 3rd April 2024 and was ready for Friday 5th April. I am very satisfied with the work carried out at the Rotherham branch all the staff involved were very polite and courteous(great customer service).

I had contact with Maria from the repair centre and Paul who collected and delivered my car; both were efficient, professional and very easy to talk to.They both did everything they could to help me to make the process simple and easy.
The repair itself was faultless.

Don’t use this company. They are big fraud. I was with them for last 3years end up huge legal bills. I will put further details later what has happened to my claim but for the sake of your family stay away from them .

As always I'm willing to give credit where it's due. The level of service I received at the Worcester center was without fault from start to finish. Staff at all levels carried out the work required in a efficient speedy fashion. The work carried out in one day. Car picked up and delivered on time.

Excellent communication throughout the process, when I had a couple of questions they were extremely helpful and when I discovered that my locking wheelnut was missing (maybe their fault, maybe my fault) instead of arguing the toss with me they just found a mobile locksmith to remove and replace them and didn't charge me anything - they really made the whole experience so much easier

My daughters car was repaired here , took longer than expected but all seamed fine, Then we had the rain, the back of the car was soaked , really soaked, she informed the garage who then said to drop it in to them and they had a look and agreed the seals needed replacing and they would order them, that was around November apparently they are still waiting on the seal. Her insurance has spoken to them 3 times and told them to call her but nothing.

She has a baby where the car seat is in the back so everything is now damp and this morning with the really cold weather the inside of her card was frozen,, not good conditions to have a baby in the car but she has not choice . This is just not acceptable, now looking in to reporting to trading standards.
