I decided to clean my 20-bar stainless…
I decided to clean my 20-bar stainless steel barista coffee espresso machine and made a mistake when reassembling the unit. The result was a poor taste coffee with no froth. A morning coffee is important to me! I sent an email to Geepas and had a reply within an hour asking to send a video of the problem. The Geepas team resolved the problem and I am most impressed with the support service. Well done and thank you. Stuart North Wales.

You took my order and payment then…
You took my order and payment then cancelled saying you could no longer deliver. Very disappointing experience as I would have expected you to have a live dynamic stock system that would only take orders if items were available.
Appreciate the money has now been refunded, but as an experience raising expectation, then letting me down it can only rate as a one.
For those looking at this comment, it is obviously not a reflection on the product quality as I’ve been unable to assess this

I purchased a Rotating steam cleaner…
I purchased a Rotating steam cleaner earlier this year and fortunately registered the 2 yr guarantee
The until failed and needed to be replaced and the agent I dealt with was very helpful and laid out the process for returning and replacing the cleaner.
Both the return and replacement went smoothly, and I am hopeful that the new machine will last longer than the last one.

If you dont value your money, then buy their product.
If you dont value your money, then buy all their products. No post purchase assistance. They were unable to provide ide a replacement part and denied replacing the product to. All they have is apologises. If you are alright with accepting apologises than getting product support then this is the right company for you. One of the most irresponsible company i have ever dealt with. Kept me waiting for more than 3months and failed to provide replacement parts.
