I ordered a few of their action figurines in various sets. I had to wait a few days, but it was well worth the wait because, wow! The products are of high quality. I give it my highest recommendation.

I ordered AirPods 3 and they are honestly great. I even made sure that they were genuine through the serial number and the Apple Support App confirmed that they were real, and covered with a 10 months warranty, I believe. The only issue is that the delivery time is way longer than what stated on the website: it says that it would’ve taken 2-3 days to arrive, however I received my parcel 8 days later. I’m not sure why many people under the review section had issues with the product itself, but I am actually satisfied tbh.

Really thankful I found GeekSwag right before Christmas. I did a last minute order for my Christmas gifts to my nieces and nephews. Their plush toys are really great! Arrived just in time. Really recommend them.

Thought they were great at 1st, fast shipping, saved my partners xmas present of some airpods. Fast forward 2 weeks and one has stopped working, iv tried emailing them multiple times with no response! Avoid avoid avoid!! Going through my bank now hoping i can get my money back. Complete scammers!!

Don’t buy any apple products from them, had a pair of airpod pros from them for a week and they’ve no longer working and customer service hasnt done anything about it doubt they’re even real,

I have bought airpods pro for a very good price. I received the item but the microphone of the airpods wasn't working and the connection with the iPhone was faulty. I've tried to return it, but because this is a dodgy seller, they don't answer on the customer service phone number and email address.I wasn't able to return the airpods.
I can prove to trust pilot gifting them the rubbish I've bought from this seller and they can check and see that the airpods are faulty.Please don't remove my review again. This is not a fake review,I'm just telling the others what was happened to me.

AirPods are clones and fake. Mine stopped working after a week - company not contactable. Lost £100.

Ordered AirPods instead of the AirPod Pros and requested a refund on 13th December. They accepted and so I sent them back for a refund. Never received my refund. Case ongoing.

Placed 2 orders before Christmas 2021 on the basis of the same day dispatch advertised on the Geekswag website. Even paid additional sums for 24 hour delivery in order to guarantee receipt before Christmas. One order stated it was dispatched within a few days but did not receive until mid-January. The Minecraft plush toy item has now arrived and clearly a cheap knock-off. Does not have a genuine tag. No box. Just wrapped up.

Still waiting for the second order to be dispatched. Currently 35 days since ordering. I have contacted Geekswag about 6 times by email and received no response. Have now initiated a charge back through my debit card.

Utterly shameful customer service and deceiving website.

I bought airpods pro last december to gift my girlfriend for her birthday but geekscam ruined everything. We spent her birthday and i failed to give her the gift promised her it will arrive. It arrived but she returned it to me she said it is not working. I payed £149.99 for it and grekscam doesnt reply to my emails until now. I am even using this platform to connect to them because this is where they only reply but they dont reply to people asking for refund. They completely ignore customers.

I bought 2 AirPods pro but after a while left pod of one of them started not working. I sent an email asking them to solve this problem but so far no response. It seems the company is scam better to avoid from them. There is no working contact with them.

My kids recently started their action figure collections and I thought of gifting them one that they don't have yet. So happy with my purchases from GeekSwag. They arrived safely and looks exactly how it is on their site. Will surely buy again from them.

TOTAL SCAM I SHOULD OF READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I PAID £150 FOR THE AIR POD PRO ON THE 29TH OF DECEMBER 2021 NEVER WORKED FROM DAY ONE TRIED TO GET IN TOUCH SENT E MAILS NO RESPONSE. DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THEM.

I am extremely cross with myself for not reading the reviews before I purchased the Airpods as a Christmas present. As per all the other reviews, these Airpods DO NOT WORK and are fake.
I am not even going to spend the time chasing for a refund, I have written it off as a bad debt and ordered a new paid from AO.com who provide an excellent service.
In my experience what goes around comes around and Geekswag will get what they deserve in the end!

Same as everyone else, fake airpod pros, mic doesn't work, company does not reply, these were my mrs main Xmas present too.

Ordered apple ear buds (£149) #193389 in December (27th) 2021 received first week January,
Faulty and don't work, fake as verified by local apple store, requested refund and return 3 times and no response, no telephone number working for escalation . Appalling administration with ZERO reply to communications .
Reported to financial ombudsman and the police for investigation as this contravenes the consumer act in the UK and is a SCAM SCAM SCAM .
Basically, if its too good to be true ( price ) there is a catch or you will receive poor quality product and service, posted all over twitter and FB and Instagram to warm everyone not to order from them or fall for this SCAM SCAM SCAM

Purchased a pair of Apple AirPod Pros for my partners main Christmas present this year, once he started using them we realised the battery didn’t last at all and each charge made the AirPods red hot, to the point we couldn’t pick the case up. Then once they showed as fully charged they would only last a matter of minutes before dying again. I have tried contacting the retailer but haven’t had a response thus far. I’m really disappointed and upset about the money spent.
