Ordered AirPod Pro for £120. They never arrived. Contacted the site owner on multiple platforms, and never received a response.

My bank has raised a dispute and police will be informed.

Edit: the owner of the site, who you can find by Googling Geekswag, had the cheek to query the validity of my review on Trustpilot, which proves he is still running the site and intentionally scamming customers. Presumably, he was hoping I couldn’t be bothered to submit proof to Trustpilot. I have since done so, which is why my review is ‘Verified’. Avoid this scam site like the plague!

Bought airpods and like everyone else they have stopped working in one ear and I have tried contacting them and of course no response.

Do not buy anything from this company!! I bought a pair of “REFURBISHED AIRPOD PROS” they came in a sealed box, which I thought was strange as they were refurbished, but I carried on and connected them to my phone. Worked perfectly for the first week, then they stopped connecting and one ear would disconnect randomly. After a few weeks the right AirPod just completely stopped working and the case doesn’t charge. I have tried contacting them on a number of occasions, to which I have had no response. I have recently opened a case with trading standards as it seems I’m not the only person to have this problem. This company should be shut down for advertising false products!

Ordered some reconditioned iPod airpod pros which were a good price. Came in a sealed box which suggested the weren’t reconditioned but Chinese knockoffs. Turns out I was right - don’t connect to my iPhones reliably by Bluetooth, tried to return but after a load of effort to reach GeekSwag have had no response. 14 day returns ‘guarantee’ is actually a lot of silence. Don’t buy anything on these people.

their products are always on time. The company does communicate a lot about your order on email as well. Customer Services response is also very good.

Scam! Do not buy from Geekswag. I purchased some Apple Airpods and the first pair didn't work, so they sent a second pair which were also faulty. Have been trying to arrange a refund for months but they won't respond to messages. This company should be shut down!

Ordered a pair of AirPods which were faulty. At first GeekSwag were responsive and organised a replacement. These too were faulty and despite numerous attempts to request a refund, they have continually ignored me. I am now sat with a worthless set of faulty goods, with seemling no way to get my money back.

Do not purchase anything from Geekswag. I purchased a set of faulty Apple Airpod Pro’s for £150. The left earphone doesn’t charge in case and has to be charged without the right ear in whilst connected to a power source. Battery deplete quickly. I sent them an email to exchange the faulty product. They stopped responding to emails after the 14 day warranty they offer was over and now no longer responds. Their products are faulty or fake. Avoid and I will never be buying from them again.

Purchased ’Apple’ AirPods Pro but when they arrived they were clearly counterfeit because
1- so poorly made they fell apart when trying to change silicone earpiece.
2- Spelling mistakes in instruction manual
3- no difference between transparency and noise cancellation mode.
Contacted seller but no reply. Will see what trading standards have to say about this. Avoid at all costs. Money grabbers knowingly selling dodgy fake goods and disappear off the face of the earth when you contact them.

Wish I'd checked the reviews before buying Apple Airpods Pro from these jokers. First problem cable to charge case wouldn't work, then on checking phones found that noise cancelling etc just doesn't work. Also Apple don't accept them under warranty. So not sure if they are badly reconditioned or just chinese knockoffs. Asked for a return number but still waiting.

To be honest, I wrote them off after I ordered a FNAF toy that didn’t arrive instantly. No reply from customer service. They said it’s on order. Today it arrived. Quality of item excellent. Service non existent but produce did arrive and is high quality. Don’t believe all the reviews.

Fake fraudster saw this on a comparison site bought airpods dont work and it's fake contact your bank and get your money back.
DONT BUY ANYTHING they are 100% fake these people should be arrested for selling counterfeit goods online.

Ordered a plush toy for my son on the 28th January, they took payment, even though delivery stated 7-15 days, nothing arrived after this period, multiple e-mails and attempts to contact Geekswag have resulted in zero responses.

As of today, March 2nd, still nothing has arrived, nor have i had ANY contact from the business.

If you can't get the product, at least have the decency to return the money, or repspond to emails. Scum.

Recently ordered a pair of apple air pods - the microphone didn't work so i returned them. As it was a tracked parcel i can see its arrived back to them - unfortunately they have no issued a refund or send a replacement as requested. Despite emailing several times they are ignoring all emails - avoid this company.

Geekswag is NOT a legitimate website, and their products are COUNTERFIT. I purchased refurbished Apple Airpod Pros for £99.99. They arrived defective, I even send them to Apple to help fix and Apple even said "The product shows signs of misuse or unauthorized modifications". After 3 emails to customer service and submitting a dispute form to my bank Geekswag quickly responded asking if I charged the Airpods for long enough... basically a fake response. DO NOT BUY FROM GEEKSWAG!

Avoid like the plague, bought what I thought were refurbished apple AirPods. Took them in to the apple store today to be repaired as they were not working & was told they were fakes!

Bought from them several times already for gift purposes and I'm satisfied each purchase. I highly recommend.

Bought what were allegedly AirPods as a Xmas present. They are fakes and are faulty. Contacted the retailer twice, each time by e-mail and by their own contact page- no response to request for replacement with genuine product or replacement. Do not buy from this retailer.
