I had a credit of 140 plus EUR available to me. It was supposed to be on my account for an additional purchase,i.e., what they call exchange. I went to their website to make an additional purchase and the credit for 140 EUR was not there. I wrote to their customer support multiple times and NEVER received an answer.

Therefore, I had to do a review of their terrible service. And now I am having to set the record straight because they had my review removed by Trust Pilot. I have copies of email and screen grabs that prove what I say. On the other hand once I reported them here on TrustPilot they responded that the credit was for an exchange but that I changed my mind. THAT IS AN ABSOLUTE FABRICATION. They have no evidence of what they’re claim. They would rather play games and try to CTA here rather than admit a mistake of poor service and correct the problem. They say they have now sent a credit to my original method of purchase. We’ll see. At this point I do not TRUST that they will deliver on what they say because so far they have not and chose to lie here on TrustPilot. What a shameful group. I am posting this review here because they had the other one removed due to a technicality of a name that was apparently in an email I added here as proof that I included in my original review.

This is an incredible lack of moral fortitude on their part. They would rather play games rather than admit to poor customer service and broken TRUST of their word. Read the many 1 star reviews and you will see that the majority of complaints are about their customer service. Many of the positive reviews are by people who received their product. But if something goes wrong with the purchase, expect very poor customer service. I received my products too but had things that went wrong and I encountered the same as the others, very poor service from a company that apparently does not care about their customers and customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!

Il Gear4music Seattle Bass offre un valore incredibile. È uno strumento comodo, dal bell'aspetto e sorprendentemente versatile, che suona ben oltre la sua fascia di prezzo. Un'ottima porta d'accesso al mondo del basso.

It never arrived, no response to my inquiry

do una stella perche lo strumento e' arrivato con una chiavetta per accordare senza la filettatura e quindi non la pelle non la posso tirare o allentare...
lo strumento in se per se qualita' prezzo e' buono!!
nell'imballo mi aspettavo qualche protezione in piu'.

Un servizio preciso e professionale, prodotti sempre al top ed in un acquisto mi hanno rispedito gratuitamente un altro prodotto che era danneggiato.💯💯

Tempi di consegna rispettati, manico e meccaniche montate e ben funzionanti.

Come da foto e buona descrizione (mi sa che non è pure silk, la cupola lucida sembra sintetica non in fibra), magnete grande e buona dinamica anche se l'ho tagliato basso a 1500 hertz con filtro -6db/ottava, suono limpido, forse un po' "scadente" come midrange rispetto altri suoi simili di altra marca molto più costosa con cupola in fibra. Cmq ottimo

Non ho altro da dire se non STUPENDA!! BATTERIA COMPLETA DI TUTTO, mio nipote è rimasto contento, ne acquisterò un' altra per il mio compagno sicuramente!! 😍

I ordered a Digitakt 2 (€976), and the package was lost by GLS. After trying in vain to reach someone by phone, I went to the local GLS office where a staff member told me the package was simply “lost.” I filed a complaint with Gear4music, only to receive a generic email stating that shipments from Germany to Italy can take up to two weeks – clearly showing they didn’t even read my actual message.

Two days later, the package finally arrived… What a disaster. I wish I could post photos: what I received was a broken, opened box sealed with random tape, with no proper packaging whatsoever. Are you seriously trying to pass this off as a brand-new item? This is a scam.

This experience was beyond unacceptable. I will never buy from this site again. Total fraudsters.

The response below is simply not true. Gear4music claimed on July 1st that the refund had already been issued – completely false. They never even notified me when they received the item; I had to follow up myself. When I finally got a reply, the person told me that the refund process would take 5 to 10 business days starting from July 1st. Today is July 14th, and I have still not received a cent. Enough with the lies and vague apologies – this is a disgraceful level of customer service.

Il prodotto è quello dichiarato, un'ottimo distorsore. Perfetto per un range di suoni da meno a molto aggressivi. Se usato bene in combinazione con altri pedali riporta molto alle sonorità di Gilmour durante gli anni di PULSE. Spedizione abbastanza lunga, ma penso perché il pedale è rimasto esaurito per qualche settimana, per il resto tutto ok.

Ordine di due articoli, programmato per consegna il 26 giugno, rimandato (approssimativamente) a fine dicembre.

Ho ordinato un supporto elastico CRS perché sono passato ad un ride leggero e sulla stessa asta ho anche un timpano sospeso. Il nuovo piatto innescava la vibrazione del timpano creando un "humm" ben udibile. Con il supporto in questione la vibrazione non è più udibile, forse potrebbe rimanere appena percettibile con microfonaggio del tamburo, per me problema risolto. Vale quello che costa.

Basso obbrobrio,manico montato da cani .pickup al ponte non regolabile,le corde pickup al ponte distano 15mm ,quindi non utilizzabile, mi e giunto uno strumento difettoso e già mal riparato da voi,mi sono arrangiato con la mia esperienza,ho 74 anni, è sono serio .lo sconsiglio agli allievi.meglio thomann.decisamente più professionale!

Spedizione celere anzi arrivata un giorno in anticipo.Ottimo strumento visto che ora sono alle prime armi con il pianoforte.

Purtroppo servizio post vendita pessimo, non acquisterò più da loro, non hanno i ricambi degli strumenti che vendono. Personale al customer service non preparato.
