An Unforgettable Experience at the GDS Group CIO Summit!
I'm still buzzing from the incredible GDS Group CIO Summit! What an exceptionally well-organized and insightful event. Every speaker delivered immense value, offering fresh perspectives and deep dives into the most pressing challenges and exciting opportunities facing CIOs today. The quality of the presentations was truly top-notch, and I found myself engaged and inspired by each one.

It was a tremendous honor and privilege to participate as a panelist alongside such distinguished thought leaders. The discussion was dynamic, collaborative, and incredibly enriching, and I thoroughly enjoyed the exchange of ideas. Connecting with peers and sharing insights on such a vital platform was an experience I won't soon forget.

I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to be a part of more GDS Group events in the future. Thank you for an outstanding summit!

While I have attended many of the GDS events over the years, I found them most valuable when I participated on panel discussions and breakout sessions. You get more out when you put more in.

This week, I was asked to step in as the opening keynote. I enjoyed the opportunity to share my journey while also challenging the audience to be their best by developing those who will follow them as C-Suite leaders. I got good feedback and spent the rest of the conference in deep and frank discussions on leadership, building the future, and where AI can add value.

Impressed with the format of the day-and-half CIO Summit. Densely packed and well organized, what stood out was the round table and the 1:1 sessions. I also appreciated the flexibility to reschedule meetings and to skip some sessions to attend to work meetings.

The GDS team really runs a top-notch event. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had, and were always looking for ways to improve the experience.

It is my first GDS summit and GDS has been an excellent facilitator of all the sessions and speeches. I loved that people from different regions and vendors of different varieties have been part of it. I wish there was more similar partners in scope and I was informed the other event that I couldnt make will be more ideal for my interest, nothing that GDS can be accounted for. Good luck for them and great job by GDS team!

GDS hosts very well organized events. I have attended a couple of them. It provides a platform to make some valuable connections and learn about cutting-edge innovations across the industry. The atmosphere is very welcoming and encouraging for meaningful conversations. The guest speakers and panelists are incredibly insightful. Also love the balance between structured sessions and open networking time.

A truly worthwhile experience. Really appreciated the knowledge and candor of the Key Note speakers and Round Table leads. Informative to hear current successes/challenges of other financial institutions. And always relevant to hear/observe the latest Fintech offerings from vendors.

Had a great time at the GDS Banking Innovation Summit in Tampa. No fluff—just real conversations with fellow leaders on how AI, data, and automation are reshaping banking.

Attending the North America Security Insight Summit hosted by GDS Group was a standout experience. From the curated guest list of senior executives to the thoughtfully organized sessions and project-based meetings, every aspect was intentional and high-impact.

I recently attended the GDS CMO Marketing Summit and walked away enjoying the conference. The keynote presentations delivered insights and forward-thinking strategies that were not only relevant but actionable. One of the most valuable aspects of the event was the opportunity to engage with vendors offering innovative solutions to some of the real challenges we're currently facing.

What truly set the summit apart, though, was the peer-to-peer connection. The ability to exchange ideas and experiences with fellow marketing leaders across industries created meaningful conversations and relationships that I know will last well beyond the summit. A big thank you to the GDS team for curating such a well-organized and impactful event!

Was my first GDS Security summit. The panel topics/speakers; roundtables and keynote topics were hitting the current trends/risks in the financial services industry such as: several aspects of AI, Cyber resiliency and more. The venue, the accommodations, food and drinks were great. We met several vendors and actually found a potential match with 2 of the vendors

Last but not least, Margarita and the GDS Team were marvelous.

When I attended last year (2024) the event seemed more natural and better organized. This time (2025) around I did not like the accommodation, they didn't say anything about not covering the cost of travel from airport to the resort which I was not notified of until 2 days before the event via email. I felt that they were very pushy about the vendors and also more than half of them I talked to were irrelevant to my work. I'm not sure if I got the value I expected. Speakers were good and I wish we have more time to connect to the attendees vs. spending time with irrelevant vendors. 6 were too many maybe scale that back to the targeted and relevant 3!

My experience with GDS was exceptional, largely due to the thoughtful structure and professionalism embedded in many aspects of the event. The GDS team demonstrated a high level of professionalism in how the event was organized, from communication to execution. Unlike many other forums, the pace of the event felt balanced and intentional, with no pressure-filled hard selling from vendors or even from GDS, which allowed for more genuine and productive conversations.

What truly stood out was GDS’s focus on enabling meaningful peer-to-peer interaction. The opportunity to connect with fellow professionals, not just vendors, created a networking environment that felt curated and valuable. This approach transformed the event into more than just a sales opportunity; it became a space for strategic knowledge sharing and industry insights.

The flexibility to select sessions that aligned with my interests made the experience feel personalized and efficient. The venue itself struck the right balance between professional and social, supporting both focused discussions and casual networking.

Perhaps most commendable was GDS’s effort to understand the background and priorities of each attendee. This translated into more relevant meetings and sessions, making the event beneficial for professionals, vendors, and GDS alike.

While the experience was largely positive, there’s always room to refine the matchmaking process even further, particularly to ensure all scheduled meetings are mutually aligned in terms of interest and value. Additionally, expanding interactive formats (like roundtables or small group discussions) could further elevate peer learning and engagement.

Overall, GDS is doing an excellent job creating a professional, strategic, and collaborative experience that respects attendees’ time and priorities.

GDS provides fabulous opportunities to learn latest trend and technologies and help networking with solution providers for various options. There selection of venue as well as food and drinks service is awesome. Arranging shuttles to go back to airport is worth mentioning. Looking forward to attend more events in coming future.
