Covid-19 delay plus wrong fixing advice.
Due to Covid the order was delayed, fine with the quality but was told the wrong fixings via email from the company so in the end a bit of a pain to install.

Dear Martin,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and commenting on the quality of the railings and gates.
We are sorry that your order was affected by a delay due to current pandemic. We surely understand the frustration this can cause which indeed is the same for us when we work hard to honour the lead times quoted. It is unfortunate that these things can sometimes happen when at the mercy of extreme circumstances.
Relative to the fixings, we are a little perplexed as we do not appear to have any record of emailing any information on them.
We are very pleased to hear though that you were able to complete the installation.
With best wishes

Fantastic workmanship
Fantastic workmanship. We've installed hand rails to one of entrances to an old building and the design really compliments the building. I felt assured from their first visit that this would be the case and I'm really happy with the final product.

Gate & Railings
We are really pleased with our order of gate & railings. The service through out was excellent and I cannot fault the company at all. Two of my neighbours on the street also bought their gate & railings from my recommendation of the company. Our front garden will look stunning once it’s all finished. The Chiswick style gate & railings we ordered has totally changed the front of our house. We look forward to working with you again in the future if we do an other project. I am always recommending you to our other neighbours & passes by when they comment on the front of the house. Thank you again for a wonderful service and product.

Thank you for taking the time to post such a lovely review. I am heartened to know you are so happy with your Chiswick style railings and gate. Having seen them in situ on your Instagram account I can say without hesitation that they suit your property very well. I think you made exactly the right decision to choose the heavier 16mm specification, they look very handsome.
It's always very reassuring for us when a customer recommends us to others because we know we are getting it right. Thank you for that, we really appreciate it.
I will make sure that my team get to read your kind words and we wish you well with the remainder of your renovation , it's coming along very nicely.
