I booked flights to New Zealand 3 days ago and they have cancelled them. I am absolutely devastated as they have gone up even more and I need to get back for work! Absolutely terrible customer service.

The entire process was quick and efficient. I would say that the prevention package at £485 was a little expensive considering the price of the flight, and most of what was being covered didn't apply to my circumstance. So a more variable option would be better.

Found a good deal here. Noticed afterwards the reveiw here which would have put me off, but already purchased. Purchasing was straightforward. Not keen on the delay of providing the tickets (which I noticed their Q&A said afterwards would be within 22 business day). Fortunately my flight is for December and the confirmation email said I will receive it by 8/11 latest which is pleanty of time. It would have been good if this was clearer upfront. Will report back if I get my ticket in time or not...

UPDATE: got my flight booking reference within a few hours which worked on the airplane company app to get my tickets there. 5 star

Still I don’t receive my ticket for 27th of October they will take money from my account but I still waiting for my ticket I want someone immediately send me a mail and tell me what’s happening and if it’s not I’m giving your details in your company name and social media and police I want my money all my ticket one of them

I booked a flight from Antalya to Manchester on 28th August . We flew in from Cyprus that morning with my husband ready to board our connecting flight that night . Handed over our passports & tickets & was told our flight was actually booked for the night before unbeknown to us! Jet 2 would not take responsibility as they said we booked through a third party. We were stranded at the airport at midnight not knowing where to turn.. no flights were available for 3 whole days. Then had to pay £1150 for a one way ticket back plus expenses to stay in Turkey .
I have called with no response & emailed also. Do not use these scammers, I have lost £750 for my previous tickets plus the extra fees on top to get back.

I booked a flight threw this cowboy agency just to get to the airport and be told my tickets aren’t confirmed at Birmingham with my wife and two kids we them were stranded in Birmingham and no more flights to Dubai we then had to hire a car drive to Heathrow and book a hotel overnight and
Then re book directly with emirates to fly to Dubai I still have not received my money back

I would definitely not recommend using this cowboy firm not even with somebody else’s money if you want to ruin your holiday use this company

Their website is bordering on a scam. every single flight listed i tried, came up as 'no longer avaible' after putting in all my info. Come back later they're all still there advertised, for the same prices. Sketchy & misrepresentative at the very least.

Cancelled flight tickets day after purchasing.

I booked an early flight with all documentation following confirming as such and I was bumped onto the next flight late afternoon. I would never have known if I hadn’t called Jet2 as I was unable to log into manage my flight. Absolutely FUMING. They should be struck off. No idea how they haven’t been taken action against.
