Purchased a swimsuit. After the transaction was completed at the register we were notified that all swimwear was final sale- no exchanges not refunds.
Very disappointed this was not communicated prior to transaction as now we are stuck.
Do better- especially since this is a new policy

Pregnant employee was just plain out rude for no reason tossed my receipt in the bag after not being able to figure something out has no type of customer service, check on her .

I ordered 8 items totaling $435.06 from Garage and received a completely wrong package containing only 1 item worth $24 that I never ordered. None of my actual items arrived.
When I contacted their Escalation Team, they claimed to have "verified all items were included" without any actual investigation. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered me 300 loyalty points worth only $10 gesture for a $435 loss. They have my email and full purchase history, so they can clearly see I never ordered the item that was shipped to me, yet they refused to acknowledge this.
The company's refusal to take accountability or offer a real solution is extremely disappointing. They essentially told me to dispute the charge with my bank instead of fixing their fulfillment error.
If you order from Garage, be aware that their customer service will not stand behind their fulfillment errors. Do not expect them to make it right if something goes wrong. I cannot recommend this company.

Clothes are cute, great colors! We ordered items that were out of stock and make a purchase. However, the store is so loud the staff even agrees. They can't even speak to customers at the register. It's unenjoyable to shop. My daughters are 19 and 15 and they wanted to get the heck out of the store! I'm 44 and I was worried it was just me, lol....we rushed out. Staff is excellent

Good costumer service, but the floor in the fitting rooms were extremely dirty, with hair, dust, terribly dirty. If you are trying clothes and the clothes touches the floor the clothes will become dirty, with hair and dust bunnies. For a fancy store like Garage, they should hire someone to clean it from time to time.

Okay wait! I love Garage so much!! I got the sleek crew neck tees and they are sooo flattering! The staff at my local garage outlet were so nice and OMG they are gorgeous!!! They are always willing to help and give me the best feedback! I only have one problem and it’s is that I love them too much!!! Well also that the advertising is a little inappropriate, but those girls bodies are teaaaa!! Just saying it could be more child friendly, considering the amount of children that but the clothes! Either way I love Garage!!!

Good customer service and am obsessed with that juicy peach color! I just wish the yellow had more items like juicy peach.

Please be warned of their disorganized shipping and misleading shipping times. Their website states 2-5 business days. I spent nearly $300 (multiple orders) with Garage online in May for vacation clothes and had one item sit on “label created” for 8 days. Meaning it never even left the store, yet customer service still told me it was “in transit.” I received all other items from my orders on time but this item hasn’t even touched FedEx’s possession.

After contacting support, I was told I would need to wait until June 1 before they could take further action. That would make it 16 days since ordering before even discussing a refund or replacement. I mentioned the top says there was “few left” online and mine has not shipped. There was no offer to reship the item, no urgency, and no attempt to contact the store holding the order despite it obviously never being shipped.

To make matters worse, the matching top I ordered is now out of stock (likely for good) because of the delay, leaving me with two bottoms I specifically bought as matching sets but no top to wear with them.

This was my first time ordering from Garage, and the experience has been awful. Misleading shipping updates, extremely delayed handling, and poor customer service for such an expensive order. A simple copy and paste response telling me to wait weeks for an item I trusted the company and paid for to received in 2-5 business days.

Now it appears the item is gone from the website. I essentially paid hundreds of dollars to be told to keep waiting while my item sat unshipped in a store until it sold out. Likely given to someone else.

Staff is not helpful or personable especially at the cashier

the workers are always super nice and the clothes are adorable! my only issue is with the app, it never lets me redeem my birthday discount, let’s hope this year it does!
