Clare planned our first safari in Kenya and Tanzania, and we had an unforgettable experience! She is thoughtful, thorough, kind and patient - we had a lot of questions and special requests, and she handled them with grace and professionalism! The trip was seamless from start to finish, and we felt very prepared. I highly recommend Gane & Marshall for your next adventure!

Fantastic service provided from start to finish by Clare. She helped us arrange a very bespoke 3-week trip which included Kenya, Tanzania and Mafia Island. Having used G&M many years ago to climb Kilimanjaro i knew i could rely on their recommendations and that they would listen to our needs and advise us accordingly. I have recommended G&M to friends in the past and would very definitely continue to do so.

Despite the fact that G&M were highly recommended to me, they far exceeded my expectations.

Planning our self-drive trip to Namibia was given careful consideration by Sarah with excellent attention to detail. However, the true and absolute test of any agent is when something goes wrong. Our outward flight from Amsterdam to Windhoek was delayed by 24 hours meaning that all bookings, hired car delivery, collection from the airport, meeting the ground agent etc etc had to be shunted forward including a decision as to which day in the holiday we should forfeit. All this was professionally and efficiently resolved by Clare before we finally boarded our flight.

The trip from the moment we landed worked like a dream. I cannot praise G&M enough and will certainly be using them again without hesitation.

My daughter and I travelled to Namibia with Gane and Marshall in March 2019, and I would wholeheartedly recommend the company to any travellers. The service from start to finish, the itinerary and the care throughout was all exemplary. Namibia was on my travel wish-list for many years and the itinerary we travelled on (Diverse Namibia) met all expectations. We felt in very safe hands with Gane and Marshall, everything went like clockwork. The guide in Namibia was fantastic, his knowledge was invaluable. I just need to decide which of their itineraries to travel on next!

Having just returned from our bespoke tour of Namibia organised by Sarah at Gane and Marshall, I have nothing but praise for the company. Namibia is a fascinating country and a self-drive tour in a large 4x4 staying in some epic lodges is a great way to see it. Gane and Marshall, using their excellent network of local handlers and lodge providers, set us up an effectively structured tour which matched our needs entirely and was most enjoyable. Communication with Gane and Marshall prior to our departure was efficient and well managed.

The accommodations in South Africa - from Cape Town to Franschhoek and the Garden Route - were beyond our expectations. Rooms were magnificent and staff were warm and friendly. We were even met at the airport with a personal transfer to our hotel and the rental car was delivered to the hotel at our convenience. Every detail of the trip was carefully considered.
We have been working with Gane and Marshall for years and have always been impressed by their professionalism, service and personal touch. Thank you!!

Yet another magical holiday put together by G&M. Not our first, and it won't be our last, we're sure. Nothing was too much trouble, no detail too small, to deliver exactly what we needed. Nomad's camps at Kuro Tarangire, Serengeti Lamai, and S. Serengeti Ndutu mobile camp were all stunning in their own different ways, but all had superb location, great food, wonderful guides, friendly and helpful camp staff, pleasant fellow-guests: oh, and of course not to mention the superb game and bird-life. Thanks to Gane and Marshall I spent yet another fantastic holiday. It was my 11th time with this Company and I could not have asked for anything better.
Everything from planning my trip to Tanzania (Kisampa, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara) through booking the flights, accommodation, activities, safaris, guides to transfers was perfect. I cannot recommend it enough.

Outstanding trip to Kilimanjaro (Rongai7 route). Organisation was seamless end to end and the local operator, African Walking Co., were incredibly professional.

Guides, porters, nobody could do enough for us and the support we received in reaching the summit is something that will always be underestimated. It’s amazing what those guys achieve given the resources available.

We went on a Safari in Tanzania and then spent 5 nights in Zanzibar in June. Our entire trip was planned by Clare at Gane and Marshall and we could not have imagined anything better!

All of the places we stayed were amazing. Our guide, was so kind, helpful, and knowledgable. It really felt like he did all he could to ensure we saw all of the animals we wanted to and got the most out of our safari.

Our trip to Zanzibar was also great. The flights and accommodation at Zanzibar magic was planned perfectly! The staff was awesome and really made an effort to get to know us and make our stay special. The food was also unbelievably delicious! Rooms were very nice and clean.

Overall we were so impressed with every aspect of our trip and with the service we were given by Gane and Marshall, and we would highly recommend booking a trip with them!

I can’t thank you enough for arranging this wonderful trip for us. Everything went to clockwork just as your itinerary stated. Our guides were absolutely superb, as was our host for the dinner. Wonderful hotels, you couldn’t have bettered it if you tried, you are a magician!! Thank you so much.

Thank you to Gane and Marshall for arranging a fabulous holiday at Kinondu Kwetu in Kenya. All international and internal flights plus transfers went smoothly. All queries and questions answered quickly and efficiently. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The flights and transfers were all delivered without a hitch and the resort was a little slice of paradise. Memorable holiday.

Just back from a fantastic trip to Kinondu Kwetu arraigned by Gane and Marshall, including internal and external flights and various taxis. Excellent pre trip information and help with any queries by Clare and her team and every detail of the Holliday had been planned and executed perfectly, no easy task with eleven couples to coordinate, so big thank you Clare!

Gane and Marshall arranged a birthday celebration for 2 friends at Konodo Kweto, to which I was invited. The bookings, information communication, transfers, etc were very professionally and efficiently organised. It was a pleasure dealing with Clare Gane. The holiday was an enormous success.

Clare at Gane and Marshall did an excellent job of planning all that we needed for our holiday to Botswana and South Africa. She provided good options of accommodation at the initial stages of planning. Then the whole booking process went very smoothly. The safari camp that we stayed in in Botswana and the hotel in South Africa completely met our expectations. There was a hitch when we were unable to check-in online before we left the UK and a call to Clare confirmed that there were no problems with our flight which was very reassuring at the time. I would have no hesitation recommending Gane and Marshall.

If you require assistance putting together a special holiday experience I would thoroughly recommend Gane and Marshall.

I would definitely recommend Gane & Marshall and they were extremely helpful when we planned our trip to Kilimanjaro. I had loads of questions about the trip and equipment and they were really helpful with everything. The hotel in Zanzibar was fantastic and everything on the trip went perfectly. I felt like I could contact them at any point.

Clare and everyone at Gane and Marshall were fantastic when planning our recent honeymoon. They listened to what we were after and were able to delivery a number of options within budget, and were able to give real knowledge of the areas we were visiting.
We had a slightly problem with one of our internal pick up's (not G&M's fault) and Clare was on hand straight away (on the weekend) to fix the issue and was able to send a new driver. It was fantastic.

I would recommend Gane and Marshall to anyone wanting to plan a safari or trip to Tanzania.
