If you are reading reviews to see if you want to buy, JUST BUY the Gamesir controllers are amazing my first controller never got stick drift and once I notified them that I broke my controller they sent me my 1 year warranty controller and My second controller/current controller is Kaleid and it is amazing no stick drift even when I drop it it’s durable the lights are really cool and customizable. I’m already getting a 3rd controller which will be G7 Pro and it’s gonna be amazing I can just imagine how good it will be(To sum this up Gamesir controllers are one of a kinda and very customizable, also the costumer service is very good).

Its amazing how much controller you can get for $100, and they support them very well both hardware and software.

This company's products live up to their descriptions, and their support team is very dedicated! I decided to return my cyclone 2 controller despite its high quality joysticks and triggers as I am used to a different type of face button. The travel on these mechanical buttons (while they are way more durable) is a bit different and i decided it wasn't
the controller for me. Despite actually exceeding my 30-day return window by a day or two, they still helped me out and gave me a full refund. Must be my lucky day. I did have to pay for return shipping, but thats fair enough to me.
A word of advice is to get customer support on discord if you have a problem, the system there seems to be much more efficient than using their support email.

I have to say, the G7 Pro Wu-Chang Fallen Edition is one of the best controllers I’ve ever used. Its design and performance are top-notch, making every gaming session smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately, there was a minor issue during shipping with the first unit I received. However, the GameSir support team was fantastic—they responded quickly and sent me a brand-new controller within a day. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the controller and the customer service. Highly recommended!

These guys are so friendly. Feels like you are talking to your friends. My g8+ broke due to bad firmware update released on their end which they acknowledged and placed a replacement order for me and couple more folks who got their devices bricked. One of the guy had his warranty expired too. They apologised for the same as well which is very rare to see in today's industry. They are indeed customer friendly and will recommend their products.

Genuinely an upgrade from my ps4 controller (using t3) it's one of the best controllers for a good price and the customer support is really nice and understanding

Got a product and was sent fast and with care, had a little problem with item but support got strait back to me and sorted the problem strait away 5 stars for this as you don't get better service anywhere else.

I was trying for solution to fix super nova not recognised by windows as xinput device for over 3 hours, With help from Gemini pro, youtube, reddit and they gave me a solution in 5 minutes.

The controller itself is great, but greater was the customer support, i was having trouble with diagonal buttons (possibly mix of hardware and pressing power) and the customer support helped me super fast

Bought a T7 Pro W Floral controller for my Xbox one series X and it was having severe issues with the aux portport, however I contacted support via discord and within a few minutes and confirming details I was provided tracking details for my replacement. Really friendly staff and very straightforward.

The problem was fixed instantly and the person who has been helping me was nice and fast to response

answered immediately even late at night, didn’t avoid responsibility to replace, asked important questions, determined wha happened, offered replacement. simple as that, 10/10

Pre-ordered the G7 Pro ZZZ edition on the GameSir website but got a faulty controller - faceplate issues, left analog stick bump and stickiness without the faceplate.
Customer Support (Discord) eventually sent over a new one but this was after multiple recordings of the controller issue, being redirected from GameSir Support over to their Discord channel, and a lot of back and forth for 3 days.
At one point during the conversation, they called out the "defects" but they said their testing team determined that the analog stick sticking without the faceplate was "normal". I had to echo my point again to confirm if this was indeed "normal" and they eventually offered a partial discount. Keep in mind this is ~$140 controller, with warranty.
Someone from Discord jumped in to comment on the back and forth and they were able to send a replacement.
I received the new controller after >12 days - there are tiny differences and it seems some tiny defects on the main faceplate, but everything else works as expected so far.
Besides the back and forth and the weird redirect to Discord, Customer Support has been quite responsive. I may order again, but through Amazon and not the GameSir website.

Very wonderful controller gamesir is probably the best controller company and whenever you have a problem they are quick to help you and handle it
