SCAM, they didn't send me items

I didn't get the skins I bought.Please somebody explain what just happened

They were really strait forward and it only took about ten minutes for them to send me a trade invite on steam.

Purchased a number of boxes now, not always guaranteed to get something good but has been great so far. I even got a spacesuit out of the Joker Rust Case. Way better than in game ones, use this exclusively for skins.

Recently it has been taking close to 20-30 min to deliver

I bought rust skins with bitcoins. My payment id confirmed but it took my days to contact and receive my skins.

The bitcoin payment system is quite faulty. For each of 3 separate orders I had to contact support and provide proof that I had paid, because my order status had not been updated.

Then the item delivery is faulty too. Each time I (sometimes multiple times) had to contact support after confirming with them that I had paid for them to deliver the items! It doesn't work unless you're chasing after them in the chat. It's strange.

And I don't think that chasing after customer support every time you pay is an effective way to do a sale! Please look into this process guys.

What's the point of listing an item on sale if you don't have it in stock? They charge the full amount for the item and then just don't deliver it. Instead they offer a voucher and guess what? Another item you buy is also not guaranteed to be in stock.

I bought an item, they didn't deliver and gave me a voucher instead. I bought another item using the voucher and the second item is also not in stock YET STILL BEING LISTED ON THE MAIN PAGE. I asked 3 different live chat people why the item is listed on sale if it's not in stock and they just ignore the question.

Avoiding this website and I recommend you all reading this to do the same.

Always getting my items quickly for a great price. Always going to be using gamerall for my rust skins. If you ever need help, the support for gamer all is quick to respond.

Hello, Im sorry to tell that but there has been 5 try so far but i never get the item i bought. Once i bought an item for Rust, i had to contact live chat because it was out of stock or the supplier didnt had it anymore. At the same time the item i bought was still on sale on the website. So i had the look for an other skin or item (same value) to replace my buy cuase they are never for refund. Never again and never recommend.

I think I will use the Steam Marketplace in the future.

Game skins weren't sent immediately. Then when they were sent, one of them was missing. I had to contact customer support and they were great. It took about 20 minutes for them to get the missing skin sent to me.

Well it’s crazy how I was looking for a site to buy my rust skins, I honestly don’t trust every site but when I saw the human verification I was like “ok ok doesn’t seem too sketchy” and well I looked all over the rust skins market and well bought 1 item, I actually got it and well since then I never stopped using gamerall for all of my skins for Rust, thanks team you guys have help a whole lot, and you guys deserve to be a lot more recognition!!!❤️🔱
