Ask for really private informations after the paiement without sending the order.
Ask for ID to deliver the skins (after paiement).
Do not send refund confirmation.
I feel scammed. Worst online experience of my life.

Bit slow but helpful support.
The prices are a bit high and it took about 2h to get my skins. But support was really helpful and send the skins the instant i asced.

This website is a little bit sketchy
This website is a little bit sketchy. I paid for a few skins and after about 24 hours of not receiving the skins or hearing anything from the company, I reached out to their support to ask what was going on. Out of the blue, they asked me told me that they had decided to not approve the order and that I could place it again using crypto instead of a Visa card. For those that don't know, crypto is non-refundable and is used among scammers to hide their identity. I can't confirm that this company is scamming but it's really weird how they conduct business.

Hi Will, your order was refunded because you paid with another person's card. You can pay with your own card but you will have to proceed with KYC verification. You were offered to pay with crypto only if you don't want to verify yourself.

Not worth discount. Buy anywhere else.
Absolutely miserable experience. Paid with Bitcoin. They use OpenNode as the transaction service. OpenNode confirmed my payment minutes after it went through. I waited 15 hours with no update from Gamerall. Contacting support, it took the rep almost an hour to locate the exact transaction I linked to him in my second message. Then he tried to claim I didn't give him the right information, and that's why it took him so long. Sorry buddy, but saying it's my fault doesn't make it my fault. Bitcoin transactions do not take over 15 hours to confirm, and a copy paste of the hash I sent you in our first five minutes is not you "finding" my transaction.
Massive failure, and an easy example of why I will never purchase from Gamerall again
