Mildy Acceptable
Hosted a Terraria server, the server works fine and all, but the web console did not work. Which meant that saving the world didnt work. It did however randomly saves, if your playing on the server though.
Apparently its been broken since 1.3.5.

Yes, this is a problem with the game (dev side). We are sorry for this. We will make sure to update server files when this is repaired (by game devs).
Save your money and use another service.
I contacted their customer service department multiple times about a server I was paying for not working. It took them 3 days to respond, and even then it was only to let me know they received my ticket. No actual support. I cancelled my account, and have not looked back. So as my title says save your money, and use a service that actually does what they promise which is actual customer support beyond just taking your money.

Your service is active and running. Our Terraria servers should not be causing trouble. If you still have problem to access your server, please write a support ticket to our billing department and we will make sure to get your request answered quickly.
But, if you don't want to keep your server, please cancel it from your client area.
False advertising
Because they claim to have "Instant Setup", I will be looking for a new host.
After the initial setup, I was unable to find or locate the server. After an hour and a half of configuration and attempting to pinpoint the cause, I resorted to use arkservers.net to connect.
arkservers found the server but require me to change the server name to verify ownership so that I can add it to their server list in order to connect.
gamehosting.co does not allow you to change server name or give you the option so i believe. Which means I cannot gain access to the server Instantly. There are no guides for basic errors or common problems or even a guide for custom configuration. I have to put in a support ticket which also may not be as advertised.

Hi Bebop,
We are sorry for this issue. This is a common issue with custom ARK servers. If you want to change your server name, this can easily be done from your game manager tho.
If you need help with that, don't hesitate to write a support ticket.
Pretty slow and sressful
I honestly haven't been able to connect to my server and with the laggy interface and very slow customer service I've been stressed out trying to get this thing to work. hopefully it'll work in the future if not RIP to my 7 dollars. (sorry for the bad review just my experience)

I hope you were able to get your Terraria server online. This is quite unexpected for this service. Usually, our Terraria servers work like a charm. If not, don't hesitate to write a support ticket to our technical team.
If your service is not running correctly, please also write a support ticket to the billing department and we will arrange something for you.

Allocs installed from their own site…
Allocs installed from their own site does not function. The reason for this is .dll files are prohibited from being uploaded or installed. This makes it impossible to mod the game in any fashion. This is likely meant as a security feature, but inhibits the customer far more than protects them.
I'd expect a mod installed from a hosts own freaking site to work, but no. Not only can it not be manually installed, but GamingHosting.co's own installation does not function, again, due to the .dlls being blocked. Also, you cannot backup the world, which is an absolute game killer.
I also submitted a ticket for downtime along with the error and received back a smarmy comment a day later that my site was working with 5 people logged onto it. Obviously the connection error resolved itself before the person even looked at the ticket and they were like "Gee, looks fine from here."
Will not renew. Cannot recommend. Not the worst I've ever run across, but darn close.

If something is missing, we work to find a quick solution to get your server online the way you want it while we work on updating our game template.

Honest Company, They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Support through discord a plus, always someone on to make sure you're taken care of.
Would give 10 stars if i could. Definitely offers great VPS packages at great prices. Setup took less then 5 minutes aswell.

You still have a service with us...It is running and you are using it...This is quite an unfair review you've made.
I think you are more angry about the problems that comes with server managing than the service itself. We get that it's a bit hard to manage a server by yourself, but, it does require some experience if you intend to do everything on your own. This is why our support team is there to help you. Don't hesitate to request their help.
Also, we are working to add some guides in our knowledge base to help our clients better manage their servers.

Sorry Friso, this was all a big misunderstanding. You just forgot to stop your recurring payment when you first got refunded via Paypal. Going through Paypal dispute really isn't the best way to solve problems. The best way to get refunded is to write a support ticket to our billing department. This way, you make sure everything gets cancelled properly.

The knowledge data base for fiveM is outdated most of the links give a 404 error. However the discord support team is very nice and knowledgable. Very good server VPS.

The FiveM knowledge base is outdated because we no longer offer the FiveM game server directly. You need to rent a VPS to setup your own FiveM server on it.
So, in the Windows VPS knowledge base, you will find everything you are looking for. Also, don't hesitate to write a support ticket if you need help.

Windows server is still doing good however.
TL;DR: If you don't need support for a windows VPS or game server, it's good.
