Service never worked, when it did it performed extremely bad, asked for a refund personally, got a rude response; You got what you paid for, what else did you expect.

Disputed through Paypal, Paypal could never contact the seller. I just ended up finishing the dispute myself to get my money back.

They take 3 days usually to respond to a support ticket and there servers are pretty weak, also you have to cancel the payment to your server by going to your paypal and cancelling it through there or else it will put money onto your account that you can't get back.

Not impressed with their service and support at all!

Ordered a 7DTD server - when i got onto TCadmim it wasn't even the latest version of the game and there was no way to update it. Finally support got back and said it was the latest version last time they checked - so in over 2 months no one mentioned to you that the 7DTD is out of date? Guess no one else buys it?

OK so i can finally use the latest version - but then i cannot load in any mods and in TCAdmin when you click to Stop the Server nothing happens. So you can't even stop or restart the server!

So anyhow when i first found out the 7DTD was out of date and support takes forever i had set up elsewhere and was up and running in less then an hour so i asked for a refund. Billing Dept replied originally but did not refund. So I asked again the next day - they are suppose to be there from 9 am till like 5 pm and yet still no reply or refund. I also opened a paypal dispute this morning - and the "business" day has passed with not even a reply to that dispute either.

If your looking for Quality Service and Fast Support this is not the place to go! (Though i guess i should have guessed it by the fact they've not posted anything on their social media accounts since 2018).

Edit: Promised a Refund within 48 Hours - that was more then 72 Hours ago now. Dropped my rating down to 1 Star!

When I asked for a refund when I wasnt happy about what I got they just did nothing. Got in contact with the support but did nothing. Worst Server Provider ever!

I like the setup and stuff but I can’t ever seem to find instructions on how to do anything and if I do the instructions aren’t very clear

I don't know if it's tight vnc or windows but the server gets bogged down quite quickly. I'm having an issue with fivem, sometimes it will start but it throws an error that no one seems to know how to fix... It runs perfectly fine locally. Over all it's not too bad for the low amount of money I'm paying. not a lot of disk space but that's no ones fault but microsoft, too much bloat.

The experience it's self was lacking in an intelligible sense. The servers lagged nonstop despite being placed near me, the server also overloaded a lot because they didn't allocate the amount of RAM that I had paid for, and finally the customer support was ludicrously slow to respond.

Fairly easy to set up, only took me about an hour or 2 to get everything how I wanted it

Gamehosting.co is the best company I ever went with for my windows VPS. You definitely get your money’s worth.

Not great, not terrible. You get what you pay for!

Purchased a terraria server for 3 months for my friends and I, after going through the set up process no one was able to connect still, reset server and tried again 3 more times, created 4 support tickets over a week go extremely slow and unhelpful responses and am now waiting on a refund as the service completely failed. I've used similar services in the past with way better customer support and the servers actually function.

Very good host, sleek website with lots of options. I purchased a windows VPS for my FiveM server and it was set up within 1 minute after purchase. Service on the website was really good and Mullion helped me solved my problem I had in a professional manor.

A week into the first month with GameHosting.co, and Rcon still isn't working. I want a refund.

EDIT: Addressing the vendor's response, the issue had nothing to do with my ability setting up the service on my own. Their support team even admitted it was a known problem in ticket #431811. Unfortunately, they didn't resolve the issue until after I cancelled the service that I had yet been able to use. Extremely slow response times.

Got my Minecraft server for some days and I did not expected any sources of problems. Easy customisation if you want to add mods.
