Total scam. Their website says 24-48 hours for review, it’s been over 72 and nothing. They only have a chatbot, no phone number. It’s fraud and a scam. Avoid at all costs

They promote every month 179/month but that was only the first month. The second month jumps to 399 when website states same price every month. Easy process to cancel.

The support is the best! Reasonable price, responsive to questions. I have tried 3 different companies and Gala has the best support. Application is easy and secure to use. Delivery is easy!

My experience with Gala has been incredibly frustrating, and without a doubt, it has been the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

A few months ago, my prescription was lost in transit. FedEx investigated the issue, accepted responsibility, and compensated Gala for the lost shipment. Despite that, Gala never replaced the missing prescription. Instead, they skipped that month’s medication entirely, forcing me to wait until the following month for my next shipment.

I paid for three months of medication but have only received two. My third prescription was never provided, even though I fulfilled my payment obligations.

Because of the repeated issues and lack of support, I canceled my membership. Now Gala is refusing to send the prescription that I already paid for.

Getting help has been nearly impossible. I have sent multiple emails and received little to no response. Their AI chat is not capable of resolving real issues, and there appears to be no reasonable way to speak with an actual person. When customers have a problem that requires human intervention, they are left going in circles.

After reading other customers’ experiences online, it is clear that I am not the only one who has struggled with Gala’s customer service.

This entire experience has been unnecessarily stressful and disappointing. I cannot recommend this company based on the way they handle customer support and prescription issues.

Easy delivery. Hard app to get refills.

The first few months were great. However they auto renewed for another 3 months without even checking in with the status of my weight loss. Majority (if not all) responses are AI generated and the AI response admits as much. When I told them i has lost enough weight and wanted to only maintain they sent me a different medication again with no conversation. Through multiple messages ...all AI, it was discovered that that new medication was a mistake. They then put in an order for a higher dose of the first medication, with a different supplement added. Through all of this I've continued to try and speak to a real clinician. It is impossible. You basically have AI running this s*#% show. My husband also tried this and was auto renewed for $300 MORE than the first 3 months...with no warning or rational. I would highly advise against getting pulled in with the promise of a low cost. There is no medical oversight.

This is my third GLP-1 company, and GALA has absolutely smoked the competition. Hands down, no contest, not even close.
My insurance, in its infinite wisdom, still doesn’t grasp that helping me not be obese would cost them a whole lot less than bankrolling the diabetes, heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, and the rest of the “obesity starter pack.” So I get to pay out of pocket. Enter GALA.
Their medical team actually pays attention. Their review process feels thorough instead of like a rubber stamp from a company that may or may not be using an FDA-approved compounding pharmacy (been there, regretted that). Yes, GALA costs more than the fly-by-night outfits. But it’s still way cheaper than the big brand names that deliver the same results, and you don’t have to wonder if your meds came from a garage.
I’ve hit a few bumps along the way, and every single time GALA has been responsive, responsible, and genuinely friendly. After doing more research than a conspiracy theorist on a caffeine bender, I can say with a straight face: GALA hits the sweet spot of real medical care, solid service, and fair pricing.
I’ve now lost 27% of my body weight. For the first time in more than sixty years on this planet, I’m at a normal weight. I feel fantastic. I barely recognize the skinny guy staring back at me in the mirror (and I’m not mad about it).
I’m only sorry these meds and this company weren’t around in 1982. My life would’ve been a lot more comfortable and a lot happier. But it’s never too late.

Straight forward

I was pretty skeptical at first about using an app for this. But it’s surprisingly easy to navigate, and I’m actually enjoying the process now.

Excellent delivery service.

Do not use this company( Gala)! I was charged for six months of medication that I did not receive. When I asked for a refund they offered to send the medication. This was after the chatbot jerked me around for three weeks promising to elevate to a team that could help. They will not do a refund and you will have to go to your credit card to try and get the money back.

My results on tirzepatide has been fantastic. Gala is very timely with my orders, and the price hasn’t changed like another provider I tried before them. I’ve been very pleased and have lost about 35 lbs. Just 20 more to go, and I will be back to my pre-children weight.

To respond quickly at first and ship your dose. When it comes time for an increase or to get off the starting dose, no one responds to you. I’ve been waiting 12 days. Keep getting the same AI response that it’s in my portal waiting for a provider to respond. I text him every day and get the same AI generated response to wait for my portal response. They have very poor provider, communication and very poor customer service.
