Honteux ! Je viens de découvrir qu'un abonnement a été mis en place sur mon forfait, alors que je ne joue absolument pas aux jeux en ligne ! Scandaleux, il y a de quoi ressentir de la haine pour des voleurs pareils !

They are so bad you take me every week 4,50£ for no reason I never played your games I call you every day and you didn’t answer

Attention à cette arnaque Fuzeforge qui prélève directement à l'opérateur téléphonique ! Heureusement je viens d'avoir un contact avec un conseiller sosh qui va annuler cet abonnement (auquel je n'ai jamais souscrit) et me rembourser la totalité les frais prélevés à mon insu ! Attention à ce genre de site qui arnaquent même des gens qui se moquent totalement des jeux en ligne !!!
Honte à vous Fuzeforge et ce genre de sites malfaisants !!!

I have just noticed that my daughter must have accidentally subscribed to this service and they've been charging £4.50 a week for 2yrs. Bear in mind my daughter was 10 at the time and is now 12 and has never noticed the text messages. I did not notice this going onto my vodafone bill until I looked into upgrading her phone and that's when I saw these extra charges, typically 18 or 22.50 extra a month. She's never even used the service. Tried to call several times and calls always end up being cut off and unable to speak to an actual person. Since then vodafone have put a block on extra charges but looks like I've lost 100 weeks at 4.50,approx 450 quid. I just hope it's unsubscribed but if it isn't shouldn't work as vodafone have stopped it.

Skam 4.50 per week they are charge my partner . He its customer on Vodafon . When he recive first message from Fuzeforge we send answer STOP and after they start to charge him with 4.50 every week . Now i still didnt can to stoped payment

Definately a scam and your phone company are as about as much use as a wet blanket about time these people were put out of everyone elses misery

Honestly a scam we dont have no kids on my dads phone to be signing up for this game its a scam there tryna earn money we never signed up for this thing. We try contact them they never get through to us we contact Vodafone there saying its a third party sight so we cant do anything honestly i think there doing this all for money. £4.50 a week WHAT A SCAM!!!!!! so annoying

Facturés 10€ sans avoir sollicité leur plateforme. Dépôt de plainte en cours si non remboursement de mes 10€. En gros t soulager quand tu résilie mais tu t'assoie sur t sou. Il passe par l'opérateur directement il sont fort les 🐶. L'opérateur doit être de mèche lui aussi c sur il touche une petite com.

I'm not sure what happened but today I've recieved a message saying "to verify your mobile and continue using the subscriptions of fuze forge games for 4.50 a week. Use this code."
Never subscribed to anything like that so I'm confused

Un scandale ! des voleurs comme dit précédemment dans les avis.....abonnement abusif , non demandé et prélevé sans en avoir connaissance. Aberrant et en meme temps g envie de dire bravo puisque cette arnaque dure depuis des années a priori !

Voleurs qui vous inscrivent contre votre gré à leur service qu’ils vous facturent ensuite 3€ par semaine sur votre facture téléphonique.

Je vais déposer plainte !!!! Dans l’après midi abonnement non sollicité c’est du vol !

I have been trying to help a 81 year old Nun unsubscribe from the premium service which she is positive that she never subscribed to. She tried the STOP text back but it always fails. She is getting £4.50 taken from her account every week. I have tried phoning this company but cannot get to speak to anyone. I want to confirm that I can get her subscription cancelled and a refund of the money taken. It does seem like a scam when someone who is a Nun, is 81 years old and has never played a game online can be signed up for such a service.

Ik heb gemerkt dat op de rekening van de gsm van mijn vrouw (0479852271) onterecht bedragen van 4,99€/week worden afgehouden via scarlet.
Ik heb dit laten stopzetten (hoop ik) dit gaat vrij eenvoudig.
ik hoop dat fuze forge inziet dat deze aanrekeningen onterecht zijn en dan ook het onterecht aangerekend bedrag terug zou willen storten.

My nephew some how subscribe to the service I only found out when I get the email from Vodafone saying extra charges if £4.50 on your account, and contacted directly to Vodafone and they put the cap on my account and then email Fuze regarding this they replied within 48hrs and explained how that work like no one can start subscription until they confirm it in web page or put 4 digits code sent by text and I check my nephews phone and found text with code, that means he is at fault, but they still offer me full refund via text,
I do not blame Fuza but I do blame people who click on things without knowing what they doing, and shocked to see some people claiming here they are out of pocket £81 that's £4.50 for 18 weeks, how is that possible you don't check your bank account for over 3 months? just wondering are they blind? Don't they keep an eye on there account? Or text or email? If you have a smart phone then should have some brain as well how to use it and check your bank account on daily or weekly basis, its not good to blame someone else all the time,

Hice un simple misclick en su página y nada más hacer eso te suscriben y te empiezan a cobrar, son unos sinvergüenzas. Lo cancele deprisa espero que no me llegue una factura
