J'ai pris un abonnement Bouygues sur sollicitation de ma banquière, je me retrouve abonné alors que j'ai rien demandé a des chaines de TV. J'ai appeler l'entreprise concerné au 01 87 65 16 84, on me demande de faire des démarches par mail, envoyé des documents etc... et on me raccroche au nez. Ils sont mal tombés...

I initially thought I am the first victim. But it's an organized fraud and scam. Three UK has been taking the money out of their users without any consent. Despite trying to stop this from Three for 3 months. My direct debits are going up for 3 consecutive months.

Souscription d'un abonnement alors que j'ai bloqué les achats multimedia et que je n'ai fait aucune action, je n'étais même pas sur mon téléphone.

Scammers have been charging £4.50 per week on my elderly father’s phone for at least 3 years. Staff in Vodafone shop were unable to help, had to ring Vodafone customer services to get this to stop.

Absolute travesty charging me three times 3 euros without warning me, with my phone provider claiming they were only the intermediary and that I must not have been paying attention. Their subscription is a fraud that can occur at any time without consent.

I don't care how little a loss it is. This can't be allowed to continue.

Oszuści wyłudzają pieniądze w dniu 4 Marca o godzinie 11 otrzymałem wiadomość od nr 80460 wpisz pin 525 pin nie został użyty aby autoryzować EUUZEFORGE koszt 29,99 za 14 dni pomimo że usługa została dezaktywowana 12.40 obciążyli mnie kwotą 29,99 czy to jest złodziejstwo

Wyrejestrowałem tego samego dnia usługę ale pieniądze nie zostały zwrócone.

These scammers have charged me £5.15. I called them, and they said that I signed on the 12th Oct'25 and cancelled the next day.. I have never played games in my life. The funny thing is, I do not even know how to play. I am 69 years old .. I will raise a dispute with my bank. Please check your bills..

Check your three bill. I had limit set on my 3 Bill , still third party managaed to get money from my account. Billed over 20.00 every month, until I found it. NO services used. Complete fraud. I will be reporting this to action fraud.

Une arnaque sur les factures de mon FAI . Ils disent que c’est parce que l’on aurait accepté une pub par erreur or à la date et heure supposée de l’abonnement j’étais sur un bateau et n’ai pas ouvert internet de la semaine. Donc c’est impossible. Après appel à mon FAI j’ai fait activer l’interdiction de payer qq ce soit sur mes abonnements.

I received a message from this company a bill of £4.50 without knowing for what service I have bought from them. I never subscribed any thing which says will charge through my phone bill. The company must have use some sort of sneaky method to charge people without their knowing through other websites or something like that. I managed to phone their number to explain that I didn't register with them. They said they will have to charge me £4.50 for it. They are absolutely a scamer. I have told them I want a refund or will report them. Sneaky theft indeed

This is a scam, I got unexpected charge of £4.50 from fuzeforge app added as an extra charge on my vodaphone... this is a sneaky unauthorised bill.
I've now put a zero spend cap, put a stop to all/any premium texts and calls.
Advice given is: Contact the Phone-Paid Services Authority (PSA):
If Vodaphone is not helping and you have unresolved issues with premium rate services or believe you were incorrectly charged, you can contact the PSA by phone (0300 30 300 20) or online.
Vodaphone as a business/telecom provider should get looked into since they are allowing these unexpected sneaky billing to happen, they are guilty by association with scammers that they enable. Vodaphone is a risk to my data privacy rights (GDPR breaches) -did Vodaphone sell them off to allow scammers like Fuzeforge do this and then get a commission payout from them? Unethical!!!
I am also going to forward this to the financial ombudsmen service.

I have never subscribed to this website, yet I discovered that it has been charging my Vodafone bill without my consent. This is a clear case of online fraud and unauthorized billing.

I strongly urge others to avoid this website, monitor their bills carefully, and report it to their mobile operator and the Cybercrime Department. Fraudulent websites like this must be shut down as soon as possible to protect consumers.

I did not subscribe to this service and somehow the mobile number associated with my 3 broadband has been subscribed to this service. I did not even know this number so it was impossible for me to give it out. Three have charged me £13.50 on top of my broadband cost. I contacted their customer services who gave me numbers to contact fuzeforge directly but no answer. I have reported this to the commications ombudsman and am thinking of stopping my direct debit with three and taking them to court.

An update to this. I have cancelled my broadband with Three. I had 6 months to go and my new broadband provider BRSK will pay off the contract termination costs of £135.

Une belle arnaque. Je me suis retrouvé abonné à ce service juste en cliquant par mégarde sur une publicité ! Aucun mail de confirmation , on s'en rend compte quand on reçoit sa facture de téléphone ( 3€/ semaine) . Le service client m'a raccroché au nez. Des bons escrocs!!

Comme les autres commentaires, du vol, mené discrètement, subrepticement. Jamais reçu le moindre mail pour agir en fonction.
Si vous pouviez éviter le copier-coller de justification, plus risible qu'autre chose tant vous cumulez une belle liste d'insatisfaits sur cette page...
