Very poor customer service.

We purchased an office desk which was delivered on time and there were no issues with the desk or the delivery. however I could not get the desk top up some stairs to our new office. So I called to request a replacement desk and this is where the very poor customer service started. It was agreed that they would provide me with a cost for the collection for the desk which I had ordered incorrectly within 48 hours. it took just under two weeks and 3 chaser calls from me. The costs for picking up the desk is £140+VAT, just under 50% of the cost of the desk. I was also told that i had to have the desk collected prior to ordering a new desk. They couldn't collect the existing desk at the same time as delivering a new desk. Too many failed promises of call backs and deadlines. Will not be ordering anything from this company in the future.

Stay AWAY From Them

Oh my God, how is this company running!
I ordered a cabinet from them on 14 Feb 2026. They sent me the wrong product 3 times. I eventually got fed up with them and their customer care and asked them to refund me the money, and to date, I haven't received the refund.
It's been more than 2 months since I ordered the product, and I am still calling them every other day to get my money back. Some days it's "Colin is going to call you back with an update", other days it's "Finance team is working on it, leave it with me". No one ever calls back, and no one gives me an update.
I can't tell you how mismanaged the entire company is – the product team can’t send the correct product, the customer care doesn’t do anything other than saying “Leave it with me”, and the finance team doesn't refund you the money.
I would stay away from this company.

Dont touch with a barge pole

This is the worst company that i have ever had dealings with i was told it would be 2 weeks before delivery nothing came on the day it was supposed to on ,contacting them was told they phoned me but they did not on phoning several times again was told it would be another 6 days before they could deliver when i said i wanted my money back instead told it would be 5 days before i would get back another lie wondering if i will ever get my desk

Damaged delivery and Response to emails is really slow

Response to emails is really slow. I sent several to check on order and delivery. Eventually called and lovely man called Gerald sorted the issue I had. Unfortunately one of the chairs arrived damaged. I sent photos by email and still waiting for a
response. No doubt I’ll have to phone them again. To be continued.
