I purchased a Brother laser printer MFC L8390CDW from Printerland which failed prematurely (less than 4,000 prints).
I reported the initial problem in writing just one month after purchase. I followed their guidance to swipe the green tag to clear the problem, yet the drum error message still appeared every now and then.
I raised the ongoing drum issue after 18 months, when the drum finally packed in
Despite reporting issues early on, the "support" I received was a lecture on the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
I was also surprised to be told that because I paid with a business card, my rights were being treated differently. Felt like the issue was being pushed away instead of dealt with fairly.
When I requested a simple resolution,
I was told "nothing could be done" and was offered a repair on the machine but first I need to obtain an independent engineer's report and provide the original packaging from two years ago just to be 'considered' for a repair.
A total lack of common sense and customer care.

I've lost all confidence in Printerland.
Matthew spent more time explaining why they couldn't help than actually helping.
His reply had a very generic, AI-generated feel to it and did not come across as a genuine attempt to resolve the issue.

I appreciate that phone calls from 18 months ago can't be proven, but the written correspondence clearly shows the issue was raised.
If you want a company that stands behind the products they sell without hiding behind legal jargon, look elsewhere!

Really impressed! Needed help choosing and felt like I was listened to and given direction on the printer that works for me right now, rather than purchasing an expensive one that I don't need! Highly recommend. Great service.

simple yet comprehensive website, live stock count, fast well packed delivery

Printerland has a tremendous pre Sales Service along with free Next Day Delivery. Once the printer was delivered, the Post Sales Department contacted me immediately to ensure that the item and delivery were satisfactory. Great After Sales Care. Finally, my printer needed to be registered and connected to the Brother MPS internal system which Printerland actioned and executed for me. Outstanding. Highly Recommended.

I ordered an HP Envy 6520E which arrived on time and works well. I like the small touchscreen which was helpful when setting up the device. Also the paper feed tray is much easier to use than trying to seat a bunch of A4 sheets in a vertical feeder.

I found the site easy to navigate, and simple to find what I required. It arrive within the period stated with no problems. All easy answers straight forward. Interaction with staff was helpful and polite and to the point, giving you confidence in. the service.
