Don't trust them.
Writing another review as still heard nothing. They always claim they'll call you back then don't. When you call to ask why they haven't yet it's a hundred different excuses. Left it a week for them to phone back and they still didn't. Phoned today to find out if it would actually be delivered bht they Said they'd call me back and I said if they didn't then I would be calling them. Tried calling back and phone kept ringing but they then took the phone off the hook so they wouldn't have to answer and would go through to voicemail.
Dont trust them as they've been saying it will be delivered 'next week' for the past 4 weeks. Receptionist 'Ami' is so rude and speaks over you, doesn't let you ask questions or do anything. Puts you on hold then hangs up.

Purchased a two seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa. They Came in boxes, and was put together by two of the companies delivery men. We noticed after a week that there was a gap between the arm and the back of the sofa. I phoned the store and finely got to speak to someone who told me they would get a manager to call me back. This never happened, so I had to chase Them.I did get to speak to a man called Ray who said he would come out to investigate the problem Days went into weeks before i got to speak to Ray again and that was to tell me that He would call me back. Well we’re still waiting. I’ve phoned the shop, phoned Ray and sent an email. We took the sofa apart ourselves to see why there was a gap. Turns out there will always be a gap as the brackets are not level with each other. I wouldn’t recommend buying from furniture island, full of promises and customer service is awful.

this is the worst company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with once they took payment there rude and abusive sales team tried to change the order and messed us about constantly still not got my 2nd sofa as promised give these cowboys a wide berth

Really pleased with the corner sofa and 3 seater sofa. Would have given 5 stars but delivery guy called to say delivery was the following day (Tuesday) but didn’t arrive received a call later that day (Tuesday) to say it would be delivered
The following day (Wednesday). Also delivery guys left all packaging

I have ordered sofa bed. Good price. Received delivery in time. The person name ray serve me was an excellent guy. I m impressed of their overall services and will highly recommend to buy your furniture.

I have ordered my sofa from broadwalk centre in Edgware has my sofa delivered the same week, it came as promised And great service customer service contact and arranged the delivery my sofa was delivering and assembled by the driver checked my sofa was in good condition then I paid the remaining balance. Easy going and friendly service. Many thanks
