Don’t answer emails or messages my couch is damaged and don’t respond to emails have sent them for over a month now .if I could give zero stars I would for their customer service .it’s shocking there is just no response off them at all .i don’t recommend this company.replying to your response what such liars u are I have all the what’s app all the emails and then try and say u can’t find me on records.be warned do not order from this horrendous place u will be disappointed

Still no contact from these people despite a further email to aftersales and my post here. They have taken my money and not delivered my goods. Do not order from this company.

I ordered a new mirror for the back bedroom and unfortunately it arrived with a crack in it. I was quite disappointed but these things do happen. In their defense they did resolve the problem fast and sent a replacement.

Stole my money no sofa, don't answer calls or emails do they even exist

After nearly 2 months tried to deliver but once again not as promised - after agreeing that if it was not delivered by 13:00 it would be cancelled - heard nothing until 16:00 so kept to my word and cancelled.

Found great sofas And was treated really well, great cookies and drinks so thanks. Thanks to the guys who were really friendly and sorting a great price. Thanks Deep and Sal

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a table which arrived damaged. I did not sign for it and it was sent back. Two months later, after numerous emails and phone calls, I still have not received a replacement or refund.

Ordered the link modular sofa from the Leicester store fiaz was really helpful and knowledgeable and we placed the Order back in May. I am very much so looking forward to receiving the sofa looking at end of sept 2021 or before then. All there furniture is made to order and come from Italy / China so many reviews on here complaining about delays surely you might get a delay as it’s coming from abroad and also due to pandemic issues and we are now been told there is a shortage of lorry drivers.

Furniture is a most usable for every person

Totally untrustworthy. Ordered a sofa set with quoted delivery time of 1-2 weeks. Heard nothing for days so emailed for an update. Was told they don’t recognize the order number, so I sent all the details. They told me they couldn’t find the order then a few days later emailed to say it had gone to their ‘junk’ folder. I was promised an update by email within the hour or latest by midday the next day - which didn’t happen. Emailed again to say if they can’t provide firm delivery date to cancel and give a refund. No response. I phoned - this is just a couple of days before the end of the 2 weeks quoted delivery time - to be told ‘I was in the process of emailing you - there’s a problem with your order and I have an alternative to offer you’. He promised the email would be with me in half hour. It didn’t happen. I only got that email after demanding a refund by email and then filing a report with PayPal. The alternative they offered was not leather (which is what I ordered). I immediately replied to reject it and ask again for a refund. Only after PayPal contacted them re my claim did I get my money back. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. If you do decide to order something, take my advice and use PayPal.

EDIT: also WARNING, there seems to be quite a few fake positive reviews on here for them. Have a look at them and the reviewers ‘other’ reviews , you’ll see what I mean.

I was reluctant to buy a sofa on line that I hadn’t seen in person however I am so glad that I purchased my Kylie u shape sofa. It’s amazing. Comfortable and just what I was hoping for. Delivery was quick and the delivery men were very helpful by unpacking it for me. Happy customer.

Delivery driver was very nice! Delivered in 2 days!!!

Amazing service. Got the delivery quicker than any other furniture shop. Would definitely recommend and be using this company for all future needs.
